16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons if you are thinking of selling your home. We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and a purchase with their help. The whole team were very professional throughout. We mainly dealt with Davina and Jon. Davina for the purchase of our new home. Davina was very patient and not at all pushy. She really understood our needs which really helped. Jon was more involved with the negotiation, both selling and buying. We really appreciated Jon's patience and calm approach. When the solicitor process started to drag on, Jon stepped in and took control, negotiating with all parties to reach a successful conclusion. I really don't think that we would have exchanged contracts without Jon's help. All very much appreciated. Thank you.

Kept us informed during all the stages of the move, keeping it swiftly moving forward which meant the sale went through very quickly. We would definitely recommend using Frank if you are moving home. We had viewings within 48 hours of the property going on the market and offers within the price ranged recommended by the agent, taking our thoughts on value into consideration, on the same day as the viewings.
