2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)The Knights Property Services team have been amazing start to finish throughout the process of buying our property, and we’d highly recommend them. Joel was great at the start and really helped us kick things off to the point of buying the property. We were then handed over to Andy, who supported us the rest of the way. He was super helpful and always there to answer our questions or chase things up for us. Communication throughout was great and we were kept up to date on progress, and we always felt in safe hands. The only thing we would have improved was the length of the initial viewing, as we only had 15 minutes.

22nd Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with the rental agency. I was a tenant with them for five years, during which they conducted quarterly inspections. On each visit, no significant issues were ever raised, and I was never informed of any major concerns regarding the condition of the property.<br><br>However, at the end of my tenancy, they suddenly presented an excessive number of alleged issues and proceeded to deduct over £1,600 from my deposit — ultimately returning nothing at all. This was both shocking and deeply frustrating, particularly given the lack of prior complaints throughout my tenancy. The situation feels unfair and unjustified, especially after maintaining a long-term and seemingly trouble-free rental history with them.

7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have just had what I can only describe as a traumatic experience with this estate agent, they are absolutely appalling. Daniel Lowry did the valuation which was ok. His wife Julie staged the house which was fine. Niche did the photography & they were great. Richard did all the viewings & he was great. Then we accepted an offer & Jeremy was assigned ’Sales Progressor’ which I assume is an ironic title because I have never encountered anyone so ill-equipped to progress anything in my life. His only discernible talent appears to be sending utterly pointless WhatsApps. We accepted an offer in July of 2025 & despite J telling us in September & October that we were about to exchange contracts, several times (but no other detail) our solicitor then informed us on November 4th that there had been ‘no written communication from our buyers buyer since July’. When we called J to discuss this he went from being defensive to aggressive - blaming absolutely anyone & everyone but taking no responsibility what-so-ever himself. He suggested it was the fault of our buyers, their solicitors, our buyers buyer, their estate agents…absolutely anyone but him! He told us that ‘you are not the only one to be lied to here, I’ve been lied to as well!!’ A breathtaking lack of self awareness & he ended the conversation not with an apology as we had expected, no - he told us our buyers estate agents had been ‘b - ———-ing him!’ I have had the misfortune of dealing with a number of unprofessional & untrustworthy individuals in my time but Jeremy & Daniel top them all! Daniel became involved in proceedings when it was clear that Jeremy had not been progressing our sale AT ALL. Unfortunately rather than apologise & try to smooth things over, Daniel took the same (baffling) stance that Jeremy had! It was all someone else’s fault, it was nothing to do with Property Assistant & he made no attempt to apologise. I really think they need to ask for a refund from the training company they use because this ‘take no responsibility or accountability what-so-ever’ position is not compatible with decent business practice. When we issued PA with a deadline for exchanging contracts, Daniel’s response was to completely ignore us & cease communication until the date that we had given when he sent us a WhatsApp telling us we needed to get rid of our buyers & they would find us a new one?! We finally parted company with them In the New Year & went on the market with Winkworth (who were excellent) & whom I would recommend. There is a truly hilarious element to this sorry tale - Property Assistant actually has the audacity to charge above the market rate in selling fees!!!! To call Property Assistant’s business practices unprofessional churlish & immature would I fear be unfair to unprofessional churlish & immature people. *PLEASE DON’T LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES - avoid this circus like the plague**

A huge thank you to Liam, who handled the letting process for me with exceptional efficiency. He found reliable tenants in under 24 hours and kept me informed at every stage. If you're looking for someone who is responsive, communicative, and gets results fast, Liam is your guy.
27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

What he achieved was beyond what was expected, and he made the whole process a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. A star all round.

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, was never pushy and most importantly his communication was spot on- 30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Initially went personally to their company in Farnborough to check if the place I'm interested in is still available to let. Sadly, it was let agreed. Joshua Hole managed to offer to me one of their latest flat and booked me for a viewing the next day! It was so quick that we managed to secure the place within few days. Quick turnaround time as well. There were just small issues that caused a delay to our moving date. But I would also commend Sarah for sorting it out; She was very professional when she handle my case and apologise for what happened! Just to add up, I went to other letting agency around the area just for a back up plan in case if I'm not able to get the flat I haven't heard any updates from them, they probably think I'm just messing about and I find them unwelcoming upon coming in contrary to the Romans. Anyhow, if you want a professional and nice team to help you find a place to let. I would suggest Romans and find Josh to assist you!
