31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Worst agency I’ve ever had to deal with. Continue to get everything wrong, forever have a threatening “we don’t care” attitude. Call you three times a day when they think you owe them money, even though they’re wrong… suddenly when they work that out, it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Give me back my deposit money!! Avoid at all costs

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole experience stress-free.<br><br>They found us a wonderful little cottage and guided us through every step, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The team were always professional, and incredibly efficient.<br><br>Their spacious, and welcoming office in Farnham reflects the excellent service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charters Farnham to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about its clients.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We recently sold our home through Seymours and overall had a very good experience, even in what has been a tougher market. The team worked hard from the outset and generated a strong level of viewings, which helped us secure a buyer sooner than expected.<br><br>Although the sale itself took longer than hoped due to delays further down the chain, Seymours remained proactive throughout. In particular, Simon Gresswell has been excellent — consistently chasing, pushing, and keeping us updated to move things forward wherever possible. His communication and persistence have been genuinely appreciated.<br><br>Despite the challenges outside of their control, Seymours have been professional, supportive, and committed to getting the sale over the line.

They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. As a first time buyer, I really had no idea where to start, however Vicki was very helpful and managed to find me the best suited mortgage deal. She handled my application, which as a result felt like a breeze, and then proceed to help navigate life cover etc. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, Anna & Steph during this and the excellent service also continued with them. They really are a lovely team and very much deserve 5 stars!
15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Well, where to start, the Churchods team from Farnham were great from the off.<br>Numerous viewings without any problems, questions answered as quickly as possible and then came the difficult part!<br>Kate Clapham chased both sets of solicitors relentlessly until we had completed the purchase.<br>Kate was extremely professional, helpful and certainly made the transition a lot more easier than it could have been.<br>The beautiful flowers we received at the time of picking up the keys certainly made the day after moving in.<br>Can’t thank you enough Kate, please pop in whenever you’re passing ??????<br>Frank & Margaret- 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Curchods, Guildford handled the sale of my flat professionally and efficiently. 3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would avoid these estate agents. Their customer service is fine, but unfortunately they work with misleading developers. Likely, you will end up losing money on your property and with a lot of unnecessary stress if you use them for a new build. We bought a new build through them about 3 years ago. To this date, the developer they have been representing has not finished our road, landscaping, or snagging. And this is after chasers and legal action. This has already been addressed with Waterfords at the time, so they are well aware, and we understand that it is not their responsibility to fulfil the developer's duties. However, what I did not expect is that whilst they well know that the said developer (Downton Homes) misleads buyers, Waterfords will continue advertising and selling their properties (having just sold a full new development for them in Ewshot). I guess money talks! But also says a lot about the ethics of this organisation called Waterfords. I would not deal with a business with such ethics, let alone use them to purchase a new build, and moreso if it is produced by Downton Homes.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We knew we wanted to have Michael as our estate agent from previous meeting we had had with him setting out when was the right time for us to sell. He is honest, supportive, caring, passionate some might say ?????? and just makes the whole process lighter. He is in the trenches with me, working for your best interest, always a step ahead and anticipating every move. So before you are even aware of a problem or delay, it is either dealt with or there is a plan set in place. Even his recommended of a solicitor and surveyor where nothing like you would have worked with before. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.<br><br>Michael also sold us our forever home.<br>Thank you for all your help.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)We have recently let our property with Bourne and our experience so far has been very positive, particularly with Kathryne Hopkins. Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We bought our house through Ewemove Tadley and they were pretty good to deal with as a buyer for the most part, but charging £80+ for ID checks from the buyers is absolutely criminal and takes the mick. No need for that whatsoever, sheer profiteering. I know other EA’s don’t charge this so it’s completely unnecessary. Do better.
