During the process our agent was always calm, helpful and encouraging. From the initial viewing to completion they were quick to respond and follow up any questions we had, being available within an hour or two during a busy day. They were focused at all times on finding a way to get us over that exchange of contracts line, liaising with the relevant parties (vendors, solicitors, the management company), anticipating and dealing with issues that might hold things up.

Communication was outstanding throughout; we were kept constantly updated and always felt fully in the loop, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was their genuine care and dedication. 16th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. Recently I have used them to find a new tenant and to sort out redecoration in a very short space of time which they did brilliantly. Both Tracy and Charlotte have been very helpful, proactive and kept me updated with each development. I highly recommend them.

Everything felt really easy and stress?free, which is not what I expected at all. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and actually explained things in a way that made sense. They kept us updated the whole way through and got everything sorted quickly without us having to chase anything. They also found us a really good rate, so we’re really happy with how it all turned out.Overall, just a really smooth experience. Would definitely recommend them if you want the whole remortgage thing to be as painless as possible.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).

He came armed with all the local comparable house prices when valuing my property and this gave me confidence in him and our valuation. He’s team then sold our house quickly and maintained great communication between us and our buyers. They were instantly in the role of experienced - even wise - old friends. The result? An instant flurry of keen potential buyers and success, after 3 visits, in an agreed sale, completing on 26/6/26, well in excess of the asking price IN JUST 8 DAYS! You couldn't choose a better team to do the same or similar for your sale.
