Our valuation was significantly below the fair market value of a dilapidated, hazardous block of garages with associated overages. Having personally inspected these comparable garages, I believe the valuation reflects a concerning lack of due diligence.. I recognize that each of the sites holds its own merit, such as the scale of quantum, however, the research evidence presented did not corroborate this. My only minor reservation is that one garage within my block was sold. However, I believe the assessment regarding the condition of comparable properties and the potential hazards of their asbestos roofing was inadequate. So unfortunately based on my experience I would not recommend a valuation from kempton carr croft.... Read more
