Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)As buyers, we found Robsons to be inflexible and unprofessional. We were chain-free, serious buyers in a good position, looking at high value family homes. As we have two small children and both work full time, we were somewhat limited as to when we could view houses. However we managed to arrange it so that we could spend a few Mondays in the area, without kids in tow. There were several houses we wanted to see with Robsons but were informed (rudely) over the phone that Mondays simply weren't possible as it was their admin day. We were eventually given one viewing late on a Monday. The agent turned up late, with a cigarette dangling out of the window, struggled to find the keys and then gave us a very surly tour. We never got to see the other houses that we were VERY interested in, and ended up buying in a nearby village through a different estate agent. I'm sure demand in Amersham is high enough that they do fine, but I was shocked by how unhelpful they were given how keen and able we were to buy.- 31st Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We have just completed our house sale through Robsons and are very pleased with the outcome. All the team at Robsons have been fully committed from the beginning. We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

From the very first meeting through to completion, the entire team provided an outstanding level of service, professionalism, and support.<br><br>What impressed us most was that this was truly a team effort. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and fully up to date with our sale. At every stage we felt that everyone was working together towards the same goal: achieving the best possible outcome while making what can often be a stressful process feel calm, manageable, and well organised.<br><br>Oakleys’ understanding of the local Berkhamsted market was exceptional. Their advice on pricing, presentation, marketing, and strategy was thoughtful, realistic, and clearly based on many years of experience. 11th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I had a viewing booked for a property which was around 40 minutes to get to from my previous location. However, i arrived 15 minutes early and waited to be seen. I was there for 45 minutes, called and emailed the agency several times and left voicemails, knocked on the property but still no avail. They left me to stand outside a property, and to make it worse, no one messaged after with an apology or explanation. Do not go with agency, unprofessional is an understatement

Lucy and Kelly have been outstanding and we cannot thank them enough! Our process had nothing but complications after complications unfortunately and we can happily say that Gibbs Gillespie were the least stressful part!<br>Kelly and Lucy were reassuring, steadfast, positive, friendly, great with communication between all parties, gave regular updates via email/phonecall at the end of the day and were there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie for the great team and our reasons above. ?????? Thank you!
10th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
