Whilst always having his client's best interests at heart (i.e. the seller), he went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information that we needed to proceed. We were impressed by his dedication and organisation (in particular, coordinating multiple parties, lawyers and keeping us updated). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Both my Brother and myself recently sold our Family Home of 53 years , due to sad circumstances, through Megan Elvins and John Buckley. On first meeting John, he was very professional and friendly, making myself feel very assured that we'd chosen the right Estate Agent for us. We felt their valuation was spot on, the marketing photos looked great with communication via WhatsApp and email being very good from start to finish. Megan, especially, kept myself calm, as it was a very stressful process over 10 months. Megan came across as being very professional, friendly with a calming influence. We couldn't have undertaken this sale without Megan and John. Highly recommend Fairfield Estate Agents.
4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

Our transaction hit a massive standstill, and it felt like progress had completely stopped. Luke stepped in, took control, and single-handedly revived the momentum. He’s bridged the gap when my solicitors went quiet, he chased solicitors, coordinated the chain, and problem-solved issues promptly. They were incredibly proactive, pushing every party involved to keep things moving forward under tight deadlines. Their tenacity saved the deal, and their constant communication saved our sanity Absolutely outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We cannot rate higher the service we have received from the Sales Team at Tim Russ. In particular Sarah West who has been a voice of calm and incredibly efficient in keeping the chain moving, talking to everyones solicitors and we have a moving date! In a tough housing market. Tim Russ has a role that once your property is sold the sales team give the process to be managed through to completion. Our City Solicitor is equally impressed and said he wishes all agents had such a role and ideally filled by someone as professional as Sarah.

We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons

The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout, from first meeting Nick to view the property to liaising with Karli and Sally during the purchase. Their knowledge and support made the process much easier for us. A fantastic company to deal with and one I would highly recommend.

Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

They supported us through the sale of our Amersham home, which ended up being a much longer and more challenging journey than any of us expected due to difficulties getting our tenants out of the property.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, the team were absolutely incredible. Their support, guidance, patience and communication were second to none. There were definitely moments when the whole situation felt incredibly stressful, but they were always at the end of the phone, keeping us updated, offering advice and helping us navigate each hurdle as it came.<br><br>They went above and beyond what I would ever expect from an estate agent and genuinely cared about getting us through to completion. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area.
