24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I chose The Frost Partnership in Chalfont St Giles to market the home of my late mother. The house also being in Chalfont St Giles. Throughout the period the house was up for sale, I was regularly updated with any viewings of the property. A video was made to allow prospective purchasors a virtual tour of the internal of the house. Andrew Holdsworth, Sandy and Caroline did their very best. Winter is not the nicest time to show anyone around a cold and empty house. Eventually the house sold and Andrew was exceptionally helpful. The whole process went smoothly. I felt my decision to stick with the Frost Partnership on a sole agency basis was the correct one.- 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Frost was the agent in the purchase of my property. At every stage from viewings, to sale negotiations to completion, Richard and the team did an amazing job and were very professional. Even when the solicitors and other parties in the chain were dragging their feet with constant delays, it was always Richard chasing them all up. Highly recommended Frost.

Roger was the estate agent for the house we were buying and was incredibly responsive, helpful and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I feel remembered, even though I don’t go in that often!

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I recently began a tenancy for a flat in Gerrards Cross through Gibbs Gillespie, and they were fantastic to work with. Jekaterina especially was incredibly on-the-ball and always quick to get back to me on all of my many queries as a first time renter. Jekaterina also helped me to negotiate with the landlord for a fixture to be added to the flat before my move-in date. It was very nice to have a team of qualified letting agents in your corner during the whole process.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. 3rd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

We are currently at Sold STC phase and confident with their extra due diligence applied the right buyer has been selected. Very impressed and would highly recommend!!

Special thanks go to Dale and Beth, who advocated for us so strongly and worked incredibly hard to get us over the line. Their wisdom, kindness and experience shone through every step of the way. It can be a scary process, but their reassurance was so very welcome. Thank you guys - we've got our forever home and couldn't be happier!

Despite my needing to view the property outside of his working hours, travelling for work, and being unable to collect the keys myself, Dev went out of his way to make sure everything was arranged seamlessly. He found solutions at every step and consistently went above and beyond throughout the leasing process. The entire experience was smooth, and Dev was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. Thank you!
