Whilst always having his client's best interests at heart (i.e. the seller), he went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information that we needed to proceed. We were impressed by his dedication and organisation (in particular, coordinating multiple parties, lawyers and keeping us updated). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We cannot rate higher the service we have received from the Sales Team at Tim Russ. In particular Sarah West who has been a voice of calm and incredibly efficient in keeping the chain moving, talking to everyones solicitors and we have a moving date! In a tough housing market. Tim Russ has a role that once your property is sold the sales team give the process to be managed through to completion. Our City Solicitor is equally impressed and said he wishes all agents had such a role and ideally filled by someone as professional as Sarah.

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

Charlotte and Nicola were dedicated to finding me the perfect property to let after my landlady decided to sell. They are professional, super friendly and efficient. I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
3rd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.
