30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had a very good service from Sandy Carter at the Chalfont St Giles branch when we bought our house in the village. We particularly liked the village and Sandy was very knowlegeable about the area also living in the vicinity. The 4 bed detached house that we bought had been empty for awhile and needed a lot of work however Sandy highlighted the potential and shared our vision. From our first viewing to our completion Sandy kept us updated and was proactive in following up solicitors on both sides and ensured that there weren't any unnecessary delays. We are very happy with how everthing went and are looking forward to showing Sandy our house once its is fully refurbished.- 11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)We just sold our property in GX after 7 somewhat challenging months. A second home with our main residence overseas to add complexity. Matthew Craft was simply excellent to work with and ably supported by the Frost team in GX. We were kept fully informed at all times despite time zone challenges etc. Matthew is simply one of the best professionals we have ever worked with - and we have bought and sold many properties in several countries. We would highly recommend him to anyone and are most grateful for all his work with us.

As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

The team Dennis and expecially Mark were very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Communication was excellent and they were always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Thank you for such an excellent service.

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I can honestly say that my experience of selling a property with Robertsons has been impeccable from the start. The whole team have been amazing and genuinely do look after you throughout the process. I had previously tried Wye and Ford and Partners and the difference is night and day. I really wouldn’t bother with the others as they failed to deliver on several counts. I had many promises and assurances from other estate agents but Robertsons was the only one that delivered. Many thanks.

I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. 31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Winkworths were great at finding prospective buyers for our Mothers home in Beaconsfield and secured a buyer in May 2025. That was the easy bit! We then had the most extraordinary family delays over probate and finding lost documents - and Justin at Winkworths had the tricky task of trying to keep our buyer on board - for a year! Somehow, through excellent and honest communications at all times with all parties, Justin managed this, and we finally completed on the sale this month to our original buyer. Thank you very much Justin and team!

Lucy and Kelly have been outstanding and we cannot thank them enough! Our process had nothing but complications after complications unfortunately and we can happily say that Gibbs Gillespie were the least stressful part!<br>Kelly and Lucy were reassuring, steadfast, positive, friendly, great with communication between all parties, gave regular updates via email/phonecall at the end of the day and were there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie for the great team and our reasons above. ?????? Thank you!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had used Oakwood Estates previously when renting out a property so went back to them when I wanted to sell. The service was brilliant from start to finish. No false expectations and excellent communication throughout. All of the staff are helpful and approachable but especially Aiden Lever who made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. I would recommend this estate agent. They are local and not part of a nationwide group. This means that their local knowledge is excellent and the actually care
