4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We cannot rate higher the service we have received from the Sales Team at Tim Russ. In particular Sarah West who has been a voice of calm and incredibly efficient in keeping the chain moving, talking to everyones solicitors and we have a moving date! In a tough housing market. Tim Russ has a role that once your property is sold the sales team give the process to be managed through to completion. Our City Solicitor is equally impressed and said he wishes all agents had such a role and ideally filled by someone as professional as Sarah.

Charlotte and Nicola were dedicated to finding me the perfect property to let after my landlady decided to sell. They are professional, super friendly and efficient. This team really cares about looking after their clients and I would not hesitate to use them again. 4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t recommend Hurst Estate Agents Wycombe highly enough, and especially Gabriela. The sale was more complicated than most, with a Help to Buy transfer of equity and delays on my side that dragged things out, but Gabriela was patient, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. She kept things moving, chased when needed, and didn’t make me feel like a burden even when the process took far longer than expected.

We sold and bought through them, and they were so proactive, communicative, professional and just really lovely people to deal with. If I could give 6 stars I would! They are a professional and experienced team and have been most helpful in helping us market our house.- 8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property.<br><br>They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive.<br><br>In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!

Whilst there are always hurdles with house buying and selling, the team, and especially Ben, were always on hand to help flatten them out!<br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that they were on top of things, which gave us 100% assurance that things were always in hand.<br>I'd have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone considering a house sale or purchase!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. 18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
