1st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)As a prospective buyer, I have found the staff at HPS to be extremely helpful. In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

Their team at Hedon were very informative and ensured they contacted me by phone and email confirmation. They are friendly and professional. It has been a smooth process.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I can’t recommend Steph at William H Brown highly enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and more than proactive throughout the entire process. Selling a home can feel daunting and overwhelming, but Steph made me feel completely at ease. She kept me up to date and informed every step of the way, always making sure I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. The whole teams dedication really stood out – they had three viewings booked in before we’d even had photos taken or the property had gone live, and my home was sold within just six days! What also meant a lot was that they kept in touch afterwards too – it never felt like just a tick-box exercise. Demi, Pat and Steph are amazing - would use them over and and over again!

She adds an extra personal touch and treats you as an individual. Would highly recommend

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

Knowing you can leave everything in their hands and rely on them really does take the stress out of it all. They always go the extra mile, and treat you like you are genuinely important to them, not just another customer on their books. They work tirelessly to make sure everything is taken care of. A big thank you to the team, especially Charlotte.

The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.

They have held my hand and supported me through a difficult time (selling a property on behalf of an elderly relative - their home for 60 years) and communicated constantly throughout. It is so refreshing to be able to have complete faith in a company - from the very first meeting, they have acted professionally, sensitively and with the utmost care. In addition, as I don't live in the area, I have relied on them for recommendations for legal and house clearing services - both of which were absolutely superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors.
