From the first point of contact to dealing with some very sensitive issues, she's gone above and beyond to help me with everything. She's been very attentive, extremely supportive and informative. She's never once turned me away or left my questions unanswered. She even kept me updated about her holidays so I wouldn't be left in the dark.<br><br>After a 2 year long tenancy with minimal issues, I had some pretty major problems arise in my life that affected my tenancy. She's dealt with my problems with the utmost grace and understanding, kept me safe and reassured, and she did all of these without a word of complaint!<br><br>I cannot thank her enough. She is the reason I'm not homeless today. Thank you Katie.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

She also went above & beyond by taking the time to source an unrelated Professional for me as I wanted personal recommendation rather than a random online search.

27th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We have just sold through Lovelle and the service has been first class. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We approached Whitakers on a valuation of interest to begin with, we met with them for an evaluation….,to our surprise we thought it was an excellent price, your house or property is only worth as much as some one is willing to pay!<br><br>Our house was pictured by Harry which was amazing, even we wanted to re buy our house ??????<br><br>It went on the market late Friday evening, we had 3 viewings Monday morning and they all offered the full asking price… amazing!<br><br>That was it, we were moving, Helen from the Anlaby office was amazing, as much as I pressured the solicitors she did also, it was a collective chase to get the best outcome, open and transparent through out.<br><br>It all literally went through within under 13 weeks, we have moved in, but without the support from Helen and her team including our valuation and. Richie this wouldn’t have happened.<br><br>Thank you Whitakers team, bloody amazing and well done!<br><br>Mel & Lou
20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Having known people who have successfully sold through Symonds and Greenham and being impressed by their social media marketing they were my first choice of estate agents. Sadly my experience was not positive from the point of signing up onwards. Lack of communication throughout, photos taken for the listing but then nothing went out on social media and when I queried was told ‘that needed a different camera’ Why not do the two together instead of putting me to the bother of getting the house perfect for a second time, the video was never done at all despite several enquiries. Viewings were not always fed back in a timely manner, occasions I’ve just had to find out visiting the dashboard which often was not updated, other times it’s simply been a text message which I find incredibly rude. I’m the customer at least make the effort to speak to me rather than a cold text. Sadly due to all this and nearly a year on the market the house is still not sold and I ultimately made the decision to give notice to them. Would I recommend them, sadly no I would not!

15th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.
6th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Belvoir don’t seem to be flexible in terms of their viewing windows in my opinion. From my experience today, they expect potential buyers to work around them . I requested a viewing at a flat on Lowgate, to basically be told their that their property agent didn’t want the hassle of accommodating me. The manager then proceeded to tell me that they had lots of other viewings at the property, almost insinuating that they can afford to pick and choose bits of business here and there. As a vendor, I definitely wouldn’t be happy with this company!s sales approach. Especially given that I confirmed that I would be in a position to purchase immediately with no chain involved!

23rd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

The effort Hannah put into taking our photos was beyond what I was expecting and I believe that this really helped us secure so many viewings.
