9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Snowgate's owner Max was really helpful when he came round to value the house - never pushy, just understanding and clear about explaining the process. We liaised mostly with Snowgate's excellent rep Annabel. She's been absolutely brilliant - offering to do viewings at the weekend for us and keeping us in the loop with all the feedback. We had three couples interested in buying our house and she liaised with each of them on our behalf - so that we didn't need to have those 'awkward' conversations. I felt confident that she would be sensitive with them as I was aware that the couples we turned down would be very disappointed. We are into the actual buying/selling process now and I feel reassured that Snowgate will 'hold our hands' throughout.

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Jasmine while moving into my new apartment. From the very beginning she was professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Moving can be stressful, but Jasmine made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. She kept me updated throughout, answered any questions quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always friendly and approachable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making the move-in experience positive, but Jasmine at Bridgfords really did go above and beyond. I’m very grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to move.
16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Anne Luby has been amazing from the very beginning. She took the time to arrange regular Teams meetings, which made the whole experience feel much more personal. As a first time buyer, I had absolutely no idea where to start and felt way out of my depth, but Anne guided me through every step of the process. Anne would also regularly send me properties that matched my requirements, which was incredibly helpful and made the search process much easier. Anne responds to emails and calls promptly, no matter the time or day. Anne is incredibly friendly and approachable, and she makes you feel comfortable asking questions -no question is ever treated as a silly one. She is always on hand to explain things clearly and provide reassurance when needed. Anne has a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She also managed to secure me the best possible deal. Throughout the entire process she remained professional, kept in regular contact with updates, and made sure I always knew what stage things were at and what needed to happen next. William H Brown as a whole have been amazing and incredibly supportive. I was originally contacted by someone called Hannah, who recommended Anne and could tell I was starting o lose momentum with my house searches. Hannah would regularly check in with me to see where I was at with everything and really helped give me my motivation back! I would 100% recommend Anne to anyone. Her patience, support, friendliness, and trustworthiness made the whole experience so much easier. Forever grateful for William H Brown, their staff and company as a whole.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)We purchased the property with Reeds Rains through modern auction with a exchange of contracts and a delayed completion. Reeds Rains were upto speed on my requests and saw the sale through on a timely basis. Due to this, once we had completed the refurbishment, we decided to re-sell through Reeds Rains on the open market. A buyer was found and price agreed above advertised price within a 2 week period. The sale has taken quite some time to complete due to the buyers slowing the process somewhat. Matthew at Reeds Rains has acted as go between, pushing the deal through. He has kept me in the loop on all aspects of the sale. Will I use R R again? Certainly, I'm just waiting for them to find me another cracking deal. Thank you guys.

Peter's great expertise of the market is second to none. It provided me with comfort and a valuation I was very happy with. Summer was particularly superb at managing the sale process. She was very attentive and knowledgable of the finer details, while also efficiently keeping the solicitors on track. Great experience from start to finish, highly recommend.

It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service

They know the local area very well, the communication was well paced, realistic and relevant. The latter part of 2025 housing market conditions have proved difficult based on the economical impacts and due to the seasonality. Despite that things have progressed nicely.

My house was on the market within a couple of weeks of their valuation visit in December 2025 and I had accepted an offer less than a week later. Reasonable fees as well, communication was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them at all.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Hansons were absolutely professional and prompt in all communication, as well as back and forth with solicitors. A really conscientious and friendly estate agents and nothing was too much hassle. I would not hesitate to use them to sell my home in the future or recommend them to others.
