17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)There seemed to be just Wednesdays and Saturdays for viewings. The agent did have a key so access wasn’t an issue. There also seemed to be some viewings done 10 days plus in advance. One or two I could have understood if someone was relocating but then cancellations would come in. There wasn’t any social media presence regarding my property dispute me being told there would be either. Their communication was excellent they kept me fully in the loop with regular updates and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so I always knew exactly where things stood. They were genuinely proactive, anticipating issues and keeping everything moving smoothly without me having to chase.<br>What impressed me just as much is how well they look after my rental portfolio. As a landlord, I really value the care they show both me and my tenants. They handle everything professionally and thoughtfully, which gives me complete peace of mind.<br>If you’re selling a property in Halifax or need a reliable team to manage your rentals, Redwoods are the ones to go to. Matt listed the property promptly and kept us updated with viewings and feedback. Once we sold he was emailing Solicitors on both sides for updates and always kept us in the loop. Matt was friendly but remained professional throughout and never made us feel unfortable or silly for asking questions. We would 100% recommend using Dawson Estates to anyone who's looking to list a property. Thank you so much to everyone involved for making the process as easy as possible. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
