Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 17th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We just recently purchased a house through Hamilton Smith, we dealt with Andrew and James. We could not fault the service, from start to finish they were brilliant. Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. Both very friendly and approachable. Would happily recommend. Thank you both. Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

19th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Really good experience buying our first home. Will was our main point of contact but all the other staff we dealt with were great. They are proactive, courteous, not pushy (many other agents are - run!) and even though they acted for the seller and we weren’t the client, we felt everything was professional and courteous. From initial call to collection of keys really impressed. They want to get stuff done and make things happen! Cheers!!

2nd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)i actually used oakheart and they were by far the best agent ive used so far , its a shame i didnt use them from the start as i had to go through 2 others first. i would highly recommend them in my area very good knowledge and i would use again 100%

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

5th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

She has been a life saver throughout this entire buying and selling process and would not want to go through this process again without an agent like her! She’s always there to pic up a call and give reassurance. The support and time she has given us has been amazing. Our exchange would not have happened when it did if she hadn’t been as driven as she is and got this across the line. She honestly deserve a pay rise/ promotion and I would absolute recommend anyone to try and have her as their sales progressor. Thank you so much Amy.
