Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Marks & Mann's staff at the Stowmarket office were always courteous, positive and supportive, throughout the process of selling my home. They were respectful of my property and communications were excellent. Highly recommend.

4th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Even through we didn't manage to sell with cornerstone, they did manage to get us a few viewings even in this hard market. I did find it a bit challenging to get any information from them as they never kept in contact for updates, we had to chase them up each time.

19th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

5th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Thank you to the Oakheart Bury team for dealing with my recent house move. A special mention to Jason for initial communications, Stan for marketing my old house so brilliantly and negotiating both the sale and purchase, Georgina for doing the viewings, and especially to Annalise for expertly and tirelessly progressing the seven-strong chain to completion - she is amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to use Oakheart again in the future.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Edit: Thompson's, now Oakheart Property, appears to have had my review removed. In good faith I will not reiterate the whole issue, however I can assure everyone that this estate agent was completely unprofessional at the time of the pandemic, and was very unhelpful and inappropriate in behaviour towards a situation where there were clearly travel restrictions during the pandemic.
