Not a great experience. If you’re planning to sell a property in the Inverness area, I’d think carefully before being attracted by the £995 fixed-fee package. In my case there was no clear or active selling strategy. The photography provided was poor and the overall experience felt unprofessional. My property sat on Rightmove and Zoopla for around five weeks with very little interest. I eventually moved to another local agency, Home Sweet Home, who arranged professional photography, refreshed the listing and took a much more proactive approach. I was contacted multiple times by Home Sweet Home and was made to feel very valued. After switching, my property sold within three days. This was just my personal experience, but the difference in service and communication between the two agencies was very noticeable.... Read more
