The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.

On dads passing, from the initial discussions and guidance, through to the selling and settling of his estate, Middleton Ross were exceptional in their care and approach. The staff were great to deal with and always provided clear and honest answers to any of our requests, putting us in contact with the right person straight away. It really took the sting out of sorting everything out, having a dedicated team around us who got to know our needs and keep us right through the whole process.

They set up a WhatsApp group from the start so that we were all up to date despite meetings, holidays or simply snoozing after lunch. All the team were very helpful but Patrick deserves particular mention in dispatches because of his invaluable help and advice in connection with our onward purchase in England.
