20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Not a great experience. If you’re planning to sell a property in the Inverness area, I’d think carefully before being attracted by the £995 fixed-fee package. In my case there was no clear or active selling strategy. The photography provided was poor and the overall experience felt unprofessional. My property sat on Rightmove and Zoopla for around five weeks with very little interest. I eventually moved to another local agency, Home Sweet Home, who arranged professional photography, refreshed the listing and took a much more proactive approach. I was contacted multiple times by Home Sweet Home and was made to feel very valued. After switching, my property sold within three days. This was just my personal experience, but the difference in service and communication between the two agencies was very noticeable.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Thank you for belated Like their co-conspirators Munro & Noble letting agents & solicitors from whom I have since belatedly acquired a written apology, 15 05 18. ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Lamentably. Not as yet in England & Wales...Ulster. I know not?

18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We had a very good experience with highland residential. Very good with the communication with our buyers. We were very happy with the service they provided. The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.
