The sale required careful coordination between the buyer’s solicitor and the buyer’s broker, and the team managed that very well. Communications were clear and timely, explanations were straightforward, and when issues arose they worked hard to make sure everyone was kept updated, and the sale reached completion. Overall, a dependable, no?nonsense team—worth considering if you want agents who stay organised, explain the situation clearly, and see a sale through competently. 25th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Absolutely shocking the service received. The staff do not know how to communicate with each other. They do not even know what is going on with a client. Stay away. All they care about is their fees. No professionalism from this company. They will waste your time.

10th May 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

He gave excellent advice and was a great help suggesting a solicitor who also gave an excellent service. I experienced a smooth process from start to completion. Many thanks to Mark and his team.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

She was great very helpful and quick to respond… its an office block conversion so even with all the delays and developers issues she always kept me informed and updated couldn’t of asked for a better experience as a first time buyer! She has the patients of a saint and always happy to help so would definitely recommend!

Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best

I first gave my property to a local agent who couldn’t rent it out, but Tennission managed to get it let within just two weeks! A huge thanks to Mohammad and Daniel – they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They were professional, friendly, and kept me updated every step of the way. My flat was empty and after the initial meeting I barely had to lift a finger. Their communication was excellent by e mail and phone. I would recommend them to everyone.

In these days of 'free' estate agents (where you have to do all the work and know all the tricks yourself), the more traditional form looks on paper to be stupidly expensive. However, it *is* worth it to avoid all the pitfalls of a difficult sale/purchase chain. Cedric (and Jack) at Whites were excellent in many ways and I would highly recommend them. It still took months (due to circumstances beyond their control further down the chain), but at least we didn't have to do it all ourselves - and they kept pushing until it was done.

8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Do NOT recommend. I’m a long term landlord but am leaving as soon as I can. Despite the tenants paying on time, I am currently owed 3 months rent. Plenty of empty promises, unanswered phone calls and unresponded emails. Extremely unprofessional. I should not have to constantly chase for my rent payments.
