The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

11th May 2024 (1 year ago)Janice has always taken time to answer our queries, and provide updates - even when there aren’t any available. We feel she has always provided honest and accurate advise. Joeley took outstanding images and presented the property in its best light.
7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Impossible to contact via phone, they don't even bother replying to your emails, why on Earth would I ever want to rent a property that forces you to email for the likes of repairs, when you can't even reply to someone registering interest? Trash company.
19th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)I have been a tenant with Hunters Liverpool for over 6 years, and the service and support they provided throughout have been exceptional. Any repairs were dealt with instantly, and their online repair request service made everything very convenient. A special thanks to Chloe, who was always cooperative and supportive during my tenancy — I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.
18th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)No show to a viewing. I emailed them to complain about it and was ignored. Edit to the Belvoir response: I’m honoured to have finally be graced with a response. Of course you can’t see any cancelled viewings as my no-show viewing was in MAY 2024. I did email you sometime afterwards and never received any response either. You can keep assuring everyone that this never happened, however, another person who also turned up for the viewing was also never contacted. We both called you on 2 different numbers, we both received an automated reminder and the other viewer even called you the morning of the viewing and was told it was happening. She traveled some distance just for that viewing! I think I gave you more than enough opportunities to sort it out and you replying at the end of this year is now pointless and clearly serves to present yourselves in a good light before you ignore or upset more people in the new year. So no, I won’t be contacting you as I have enough to do before Christmas. I’m only relieved I didn’t rent anything through your agency.

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

6th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Kuavo have been great. They are hands on with getting a buyer but also hands on with conveyancing ensuring no delays between the two solicitors which takes the stress away from the sake as the communication and updates are timely. I would definitely recommend

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Worked with Adam Hardcastle on a very time-sensitive deal that needed to be completed within 3 days. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen. He’s a real asset to the company — this deal simply wouldn’t have completed without him.
