3rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

We were pleased with the pictures taken of the house which promoted it to its best advantage. After approximately a month and several viewings we had a definite offer which we were very happy to accept.In all a totally good experience.

22nd Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Review for Mrs. Paula & Our Landlord I want to leave a heartfelt review for Mrs. Paula from Urban, because she truly deserves it. Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.- 15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.
13th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Tom and Joanna worked tirelessly to find a tenant for our property. The first tenant pulled out at the last moment so they had to start again. Then, last November 2023, we finally had a signed lease and a lovely tenant. Thank you guys and will be recommending SK to others.

16th May 2022 (3 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

From start to finish they went above and beyond to help us, and even after moving in they’ve continued to be brilliant. We’ve been renting for over 12 years and this has easily been the best experience we’ve had. There’s a real personal touch with Ruxton and it makes such a difference. Highly recommended.
6th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Kuavo have been great. They are hands on with getting a buyer but also hands on with conveyancing ensuring no delays between the two solicitors which takes the stress away from the sake as the communication and updates are timely. I would definitely recommend
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very concerning conduct by this agency regarding the repeat rental of a property where they KNOW black mould and damp are present, yet their excuse is that " the property owner is not prepared to spend any money on addressing the disrepair" So why if you are truly a reputable agency REVIVE which cares about tenants, would you continue to work with such a landlord?! Revive's culpability in the persistent rental of properties where there is evident and reported damp and black mould which is seriously detrimental to the health of young children, is disgraceful and clearly demonstrates their love of profits over people!

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I instructed Curlett Jones to sell my house after being on with another agent for 6 months, Wayne visited me and was very enthusiastic about my property and gave me truthful and honest advice along with a strategy to get sold. they sold my house in 3 weeks for the asking price and my only wish is that i instructed them sooner. If you want real professional and honest advice then you should look no further than Wayne and his team. Thank you so much
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Worked with Adam Hardcastle on a very time-sensitive deal that needed to be completed within 3 days. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen. He’s a real asset to the company — this deal simply wouldn’t have completed without him.
