Even though they did not end up selling our property due to unusual circumstances they still gave up their time to help us. They are a credit to the profession and if I ever need to sell a property I will be coming to them and I would recommend them if anyone needs an estate agent. Thank you Jack and Justin.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We’ve only been living here since the start of September after paying since july and we’ve had an unbelievable amount of issues.<br>on arrival the flat was not cleaned at all, there was cake left from previous tenants above the cabinets, grime everywhere that we had to clean up. address properties told us they tried a new cleaning company and that’s all that was said.<br>there was also a hole in both beds one being replaced the next day the other taking 2-3 weeks. a maintenance worker came and said told us they were aware of it from last year and joked about the next tenants moving in when they first saw it.<br>the washing machine has been mouldy, leaking and not every setting works since moving in and we’ve continuously been told that they are going to fix it. which is a shame as that was one of the things that made us want this accommodation.<br>the extractor fan does not work and the same thing was said to us.<br>many other issues such as holes in the floor, missing paint from the walls, broken fittings, broken window, wifi not reaching half the flat at all, were all reported and barely any has been fixed.<br>we have continuously called asking for updates over the past month and a half and the same thing is said to us.<br>it’s only been two months and i would not recommend this place.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

Her communication was fantastic, keeping me regularly updated at every stage and always being on hand to answer any questions. She genuinely couldn't have been more helpful, and her professionalism and dedication made the whole experience so much easier.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Scarlotte and the team at Century 21 highly enough.- 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Not time to say much. 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I'm currently purchasing a home through Whitegates Woolton, and I honestly couldn't fault the service from Lorraine and Georgina.<br><br>From start to finish, they kept in regular contact with me, providing weekly updates and always taking the time to chase progress when things seemed to stall. There were points where communication had broken down elsewhere in the chain, but Lorraine and Georgina went above and beyond to keep everyone talking, track down updates, and push things forward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Lorraine and Georgina for all their hard work, support, and dedication. They genuinely cared about getting things over the line and making sure I was kept informed every step of the way.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Whitegates Woolton. ??????

Having previously been with another estate agent and being very disappointed with the service, we decided to appoint Atlas to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!<br>From start to finish, the guidance, professionalism and communication were absolutely fantastic. They sold our property within just 6 weeks, and we completed in only 8 weeks, which was brilliant!<br>The communication between all parties was excellent.<br>Thank you Atlas, we are incredibly grateful to the team at Atlas for all their hard work.

A family run business with very strong family values and as soon as you are a customer, you really feel part of the family. A very high desire to serve, very responsive and very realistic in their approach across all aspects of selling your house.<br>I am now remote to Liverpool and I had a very high peace of mind with Acumen's handling all of the sales process - made even easier as they handled the sale of the house that belong to the buyer of my house.<br>Excellent service and great value for money!

I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!
