The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

Jack was really efficient at getting the property listed & Justin was always on hand to answer any questions. I was really impressed by Caitlyn who sold the property on the first round of viewings for the price that we wanted. She always kept us up to date & was so proactive. She made a stressful time that much easier. Highly recommend using this team!

5th May 2026 (4 days ago)Currently in the search of my first home and so far have had a fantastic experience with the CW Crosby team. From timely updates, calls, impeccable communication and follow ups, I can tell this office is ran fantastically. I've had the chance to communicate with many estate agencies across Liverpool in the last month as I have a good idea of what I'm searching for and not so set on a particular postcode, and I can absolutely tell that the CW Sales team has been standout compared to competitors from the region. In particular last week I viewed a property with Angela in L22, and from the moment I walked in, there was so much attention to detail. The property was clean, lovely presented, the heating was on (little touch but it matters a lot as it helps the buyer envision living there). Angela provided excellent advice, some visionary suggestions, which were tasteful and considerate to highlight the potential of the property. She had answers to my questions and built a nice story around it, even when the property had its drawbacks - and that's the real strength of an agent. It's not just about opening a door, it's about making the buyer feel like you're working for them, not the seller, while simultaneously strengthening the seller's position. Angela and the office then followed up quickly with the information I requested. Regrettably, the property itself is not for me, though I truly wish it was, as the Crosby office would've been great to work with from initial impression (and I did love being in the property). I would certainly hope that something similar comes up and I do end up buying through the CW Crosby office. Compared to about 10 other agencies I've spoken with, they're standout by far.

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)It’s hard to describe the poor service we have received from Northwood. If you are a tenant and your hot water goes off, please be prepared to wait at least 6 weeks + for this to be fixed. They outsource their maintenance to a company that is incapable of sourcing anything quickly (we have been left over 4 weeks now without a washing machine and are still waiting for this to be resolved). When this has happened in the past with a different letting agent, this was sorted within 2 days. You can try chasing Northwood to get an update but you will be met with people saying they will get back to you the same day and never do. If you are a landlord and are looking to let Northwood manage your property, I would highly suggest you DO NOT use them. If we didn’t love where we live so much, their service is enough to make us move.

I actually originally bought the property through them around 8 years ago, so it felt like a natural choice to use them again—and they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and well managed. The team were always responsive, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way, which really helped reduce the stress of selling. A big thank you to James, Megan, and Chris in particular—they were all fantastic to deal with. Their communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout, making sure everything stayed on track. Overall, I’d highly recommend Whitegates to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A reliable, friendly, and professional service from the team.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.
