Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Her warmth, kindness, patience and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.<br><br>What particularly impressed me about Shari was her attitude. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and rather than saying something couldn’t be done, her approach was always to find a way to make things work. That positive, caring and solutions-focused philosophy is something I believe truly sets the Jackson-Stops team at Alderley Edge apart from the rest.<br><br>Selling our family home was a significant milestone for us, especially as we prepare to relocate to Australia and begin a completely new chapter in our lives. Even though they did not end up selling our property due to unusual circumstances they still gave up their time to help us. They are a credit to the profession and if I ever need to sell a property I will be coming to them and I would recommend them if anyone needs an estate agent. Thank you Jack and Justin.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

There were points where communication had broken down elsewhere in the chain, but Lorraine and Georgina went above and beyond to keep everyone talking, track down updates, and push things forward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Lorraine and Georgina for all their hard work, support, and dedication. Having previously been with another estate agent and being very disappointed with the service, we decided to appoint Atlas to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!<br>From start to finish, the guidance, professionalism and communication were absolutely fantastic. A family run business with very strong family values and as soon as you are a customer, you really feel part of the family. A very high desire to serve, very responsive and very realistic in their approach across all aspects of selling your house.<br>I am now remote to Liverpool and I had a very high peace of mind with Acumen's handling all of the sales process - made even easier as they handled the sale of the house that belong to the buyer of my house.<br>Excellent service and great value for money!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. They set up a Whatsapp group to keep us informed of progress and were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. They were polite and courteous whilst friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt listened to and valued throughout. Our house was marketed very promptly, the photographs and information were superb. The cherry on the cake - the house was sold within 2 days of advertising, above the asking price! I would urge anyone selling their property to contact W&J Properties - you won't be disappointed!

I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
