17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)We experienced an 8 week delay in getting our property live on site and once it was live the description was incorrect and very brief. We received very minimal communication throughout the 16 weeks and no updates provided without prompting from our side. We received no interest or viewings on our property and received no guidance or advice on how we could potentially improve this. Would not recommend for city centre properties or anyone trying to sell their property with a quick turnaround.

19th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)We’ve just finished a tenancy with Home and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! After a really difficult experience with a previous agency, I was quite nervous about starting a new tenancy. However, Home completely exceeded my expectations. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always friendly, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed support. She made the entire process, from moving in to moving out (and everything in between), completely stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Home again. Vicky and her team at Stalybridge were our sanity. Vicky was always there at the end of the phone or she got back to us straight away. 7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently had veiwing which were well arranged. We were given a good overview of the property and were allowed to have enough time to see the property without rushing. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)MCR move have been very professional through the first half of our tenancy. Repair requests are easy to make and are carried out as soon as possible. We recently had our furniture replaced as the landlord wanted a fresh appearance and the process was very smooth and easy for us as tennants

Georgia chased solicitors and gave regular updates on sales progression. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Will always recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.
