10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Terrible service.
Had 2 viewings with them around the city and had rushed through them in minutes. Little to no conversation or explanation of the properties.
For one property we were left to wonder around the
building on our own because the agent had to do another viewing. Walking around a new building, without any access , felt like we were trying to break in.
Just not a great way to show people around and a total showcase of disinterest.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Highly recommend Metro Residential! Jon, Anthony and Sophie provide an outstanding service, going above and beyond to make life as a landlord easy and stress-free. They are professional, responsive, trustworthy and always happy to help. Communication is excellent, and I have complete confidence in their ability to manage my property. A fantastic team and a real credit to the industry. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any landlord!
26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Received and accepted an offer within 4 days of the property being advertised, so would highly recommend.
1st Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Excellent service! Always at the other end of the phone for support! Brandon always goes above and beyond! So happy we chosen Hunters to sell or home.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I visited the office to return my keys. While signing paperwork, I overheard three members of staff mocking a family who had just left. The family were not native English speakers and had complained that the property they were due to move into was too dirty to occupy as planned.

Hearing staff ridicule customers for raising concerns about the cleanliness of their new home was deeply unprofessional. As a white bystander, I also felt the mocking had a racial undertone. The incident left me with a very poor impression of how this agency treats its customers.

I would rate 0 stars if I could.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Bethany was wonderful throughout our home buying journey! From quickly arranging our viewing to acting as a bridge between us and the seller, she was proactive, helpful, and extremely responsive. She went above and beyond to keep communication open and clear. Highly recommend Bethany for her professionalism and great service!

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)AWWFULLL company do not use them!!! Atrocious customer service and will send you a bill for things you shouldn’t even be paying for. This company is the worst estate agents in the whole of the uk I beg you go somewhere else if your considering these lazy “workers”
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)It's been 2+ years now, and I must admit that it's been a very wonderful experience. The responsiveness of the team, the ease of engagement, and the treatment so far have been satisfactory. It's been a jolly ride.

Isabella Halsall has also been an excellent agent. The professionalism and thoughtfulness behind her actions is amazing. I also appreciate how swift she is in responding to concerns and resolving all the issues.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Staff at Main and Main, in particular Kimberley Critchley, the Lettings Director, were outstanding in their level of knowledge, assistance and communication regarding the letting of my properties. Nothing was too much trouble and I was very happy to leave them to let my properties over a number of years. I would certainly be happy to recommend them to anyone.
They have also been extremely helpful in the recent sale of a property for me and, again, I would certainly recommend them.

They were always happy to answer my questions and kept me updated along the way, which I really appreciated.

I’m very happy with the service I received from Ryder & Dutton and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Demelza and Paul are FAB. Always professional and very knowledgable. Simply the Best.Thank you.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Great company to work with would 100% recommend
25th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k. Making my house seem unsellable. Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback. I made a big mistake using them. What they promise around your dining table is not what you get. I am using a different agent.
