17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)We experienced an 8 week delay in getting our property live on site and once it was live the description was incorrect and very brief. We received very minimal communication throughout the 16 weeks and no updates provided without prompting from our side. We received no interest or viewings on our property and received no guidance or advice on how we could potentially improve this. Would not recommend for city centre properties or anyone trying to sell their property with a quick turnaround.- 10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We had a really positive experience with our Bridgfords Lettings Negotiator, Jevita, while securing our new tenancy. She was always quick and easy to reach on the phone and responded promptly to any email queries we had. Throughout the process she kept us informed, talked us through each step, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We also really appreciated how much of the process could be completed digitally - signing documents and submitting forms online made everything much more convenient. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and efficient, and we’re very grateful for Jevita’s help in securing our new home. Thank you!

7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently had veiwing which were well arranged. We were given a good overview of the property and were allowed to have enough time to see the property without rushing. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

Any time I needed support, Bradley handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone in property management who actually listens and cares, but Bradley really goes above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate all the help he’s provided — brilliant service, always reliable, and honestly one of the reasons my experience with the property has been so positive.
