Olivia Allen our property manager provided us with a most efficient and professional service when our tenants moved out and she was proactive in advertising our property and coordinated seamlessly the process of onboarding our new tenants. 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Used to be a 5 star review and they at least pretended to care at one point. From 2021 to about 2023 any issues I had were taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible. However since late 2023 they've really fallen off. -Emails go unanswered for weeks if answered at all -It can take ages to get through to anyone on the phones. -More and more tenants of the building were low life druggies which made the once pretty pleasant place more undesirable to live in. I would stay far clear of renting any properties that these lot manage and I'm glad I've now left

16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Avoid at all costs – completely dishonest. We attended a viewing for a rental property on Redwater Close, Worsley. Luckily, we arrived early and ended up speaking with a contractor at the property, who told us he was actually buying the house within a year. That immediately raised alarm bells. When Ben from the agency eventually arrived, we told him what we had been informed. He called someone at the office, and they suddenly claimed they had no idea about any sale. Huge red flags. When we got home, we did our own checks and discovered the property was also listed for sale. So naturally, the question is: how could we trust that we wouldn’t be asked to leave after six months if a buyer came along? We were later told that they did know the property was up for sale, but that the landlord had decided to rent it out because it “wasn’t selling” — even though it had only gone on the market the previous Friday. The stories just didn’t add up. There were inconsistencies from start to finish. Extremely unprofessional and misleading behaviour. Proceed with caution — or better yet, avoid altogether.

19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I take no satisfaction in saying this is a very unprofessional disorganised outfit. I let my house out through them and initially seemed ok but soon turned out to be a nightmare. Phone calls and emails are very rarely returned or answered, the guy dealing with my house…Sam is off on a Monday so everything is put on hold until he returns and he remembers to get back to you. Payments frequently late without any reason or explanation and to top it all when tenants were moving out after having given notice they left it until a month before to re advertise it which resulted in my property standing empty for 6 weeks. I’ve since changed to a much more professional firm with whom I’m very happy. In the last two weeks I’ve sent an email and spoken to someone on the phone as i needed a tax statement for the year….you won’t be surprised to discover there’s nothing been forthcoming. Avoid like the plague.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)MCR move have been very professional through the first half of our tenancy. Repair requests are easy to make and are carried out as soon as possible. We recently had our furniture replaced as the landlord wanted a fresh appearance and the process was very smooth and easy for us as tennants
