Jodie and her team was very quick , efficient, friendly and helpful whenever a issue or question i contacted them with. Each time a solution or engineer was sent to fix any problems that occurred quickly and with constant communication with updates. To all at Bentons melton mowbray branch i Thank-you all very much. 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)AVOID THIS AGENT. My daughter has just won a case at Nottingham Crown Court in connection with rats in her rented house. She has a 2 year old and the Agent/Landlord/Management company all confirmed in writing it was the tenants responsibility. She paid £204 for an urgent pest controller. Within days we Goggled and found the Landlord/tenant Act 1985, it is actually the landlords responsibility to pay and resolve the matter. This incident was back in July 25, today she won a Crown court judgement and the Landlord ordered to pay her the full fees plus costs. WHY didn’t the Agent/Management company know the Law in relation to this matter in the first place. The stress this has caused to my daughter was immense. If I could award no stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

24th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)These guys will choke u you for a viewing, tell the landlord to humble himself a bit there are many apartments in nottingham, they wanted me to sign a contract which include a rent increase, first time i have ever seen, will treat u badly. Edit: they have really tried to come back to me, and ali was a very respectful and sincere guy and apologized for everything and took alot of time to be clear with me, ali the best guy- 16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)Great experience using Frank Innes, Bingham for our recent house purchase. Alfie was consistently our point of contact throughout; despite the fact that he mentioned that he was new to the job, he was always friendly and helpful with great communication skills. Ben was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, he took the time to explain the area, transport links, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend FHP Living.

Billy was polite & very helpful. Since putting an offer in on the property we viewed he has been so productive and fast with every email I have sent. He now has passed us on to do the next step of the purchase, would recommend Watsons. Thank you Billy.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Buying a home can be stressful at the best of times, but the team kept everything moving smoothly and were always easy to deal with. A big shoutout to Kerry Thomas, who's been fantastic throughout. She was open and transparent throughout the whole process, kept me updated without me ever needing to chase, and was always happy to answer any questions. 24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Awful estates agents. Emails get ignored, when repairs need doing. Only wanting to take the rent each month. Left me with a damp moldy ceiling for over a year. Was without heating in sub 0 temperatures. Avoid at all costs. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. When we lost 2 family members in 4 week Patrick said life goes on! He's a complete waste of space.

Still waiting for repairs i reported in October, happy to contact me when they put my rent up but won't fix any problems, disgusting.<br><br>Attached other reviews to show how incompetent they are
