26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. On several occasions, staff laughed at me while I was trying to discuss genuine concerns about the property, which left me feeling humiliated and upset. The situation became so difficult that my electrician refused to continue dealing with them because of how rude and dismissive they were. The property on Thames Road also failed its electrical inspections, and I was very concerned about what I considered to be serious safety issues. Despite raising these concerns, they were unwilling to negotiate or engage in any meaningful discussion. Instead of listening to my concerns, I felt dismissed at every opportunity. The entire experience left me in tears, and I would not recommend this estate agent based on how I was treated. I believe customers deserve to be spoken to with respect, especially when raising legitimate concerns about the condition and safety of a property.

5th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)????? We recently completed the purchase of our new home through Frank Innes Mapperley, and I would like to thank Ethan for all his help throughout the process. From start to finish, Ethan was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He kept us informed throughout the transaction and was proactive in helping move matters forward, especially during the final stages leading up to exchange and completion. As with any property transaction, there were a few stressful moments along the way, but Ethan was always on hand to provide updates and reassurance. He was constantly chasing the sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the chain to keep things progressing and ensure we were kept informed. One thing that particularly stood out was Ethan’s communication. He responded to all of my emails, queries, and questions very promptly and was always happy to help. No matter how busy things were, he made sure we received updates and clear answers whenever we needed them. I’m fairly certain Ethan saw my name appear in his inbox more often than he would have liked over the last few months! Despite that, he always responded quickly, professionally, and with great patience. His willingness to answer every question, no matter how small, and chase every update was genuinely appreciated. His communication, dedication, and support helped make what can often be a stressful process much smoother and far less daunting. Thank you again, Ethan, for all your hard work and support. We would happily recommend both Ethan and Frank Innes Mapperley to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I cannot thank Rex and the team enough for the assistance they offered when we were back in Nottingham from Bahrain to see our son who was in hospital. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests which included a short team licence to occupy so that we could be close to our son once he left hospital. It was a difficult time for us so Rex's thoughtful help and support was very much appreciated. The team were always courteous and willing to please and had exceptionally good local knowledge of the lettings market. As a landlord myself in Bristol, I would have no hesitation in using CP Walker to manage my property if I owned one in Nottingham.
