Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

The staffs are very professional. Toby Oliver and Holly Staples were particularly helpful in making sure it all went smoothly. They were very supportive and prompt to responding to all my queries. Was a 10/10 experience.

I really appreciate the way they treat me they have fulfilled my all enquiries and sort my things out. Specially thanks to Sophie. 17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Were my estate agents at whilst I was at University. Really poor in terms of arranging things to be fixed and replaced. My bed broke and wasn’t usable and it genuinely took them over a month to replace. It was similar for the multiple leaks I had in the room. My room was essentially uninhabitable and they did nothing to fix<br>Were fair and quick to give back the deposit to be fair to them but my overall experience was really poor and I’d be mindful about renting with them. Clearly do take advantage of students and provide a really poor and slow service.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Updating our review as we’ve used Watsons again for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and honestly, these guys are amazing!<br><br>Sarah and Laura in the sales team flooded us with viewings and worked hard to get our house sold.<br><br>Lucy, our sales progressor, was also fantastic. She kept us updated throughout, gave us really helpful advice and somehow managed to keep us calm when our buyer’s solicitor was uncooperative.<br><br>Couldn’t recommend Watsons enough and would definitely use them again!<br><br>House purchase back in 2017:<br>Above and beyond expectations.<br>Everyone knows house buying is never a smooth process and we had our hiccups but Sheree was always on hand to settle our nerves or give a few nudges to the parties involved! It’s good to see a small business smashing the market place.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
