Ben was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, he took the time to explain the area, transport links, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Imogen and the team have been fantastic, we had a bit of a bumpy ride securing our rental property but were met with nothing but patience, warmth and kindness from all of the team. Unlike another company we were trying to apply for a house with frank innes well more so Amber swain made our aplication process quick and easy and within a week we are moving into our new home. 28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)From the minute David walked into my house to value it i knew I had chosen the perfect estate agent. He was professional, courteous, realistic and very reassuring. All the staff in the Arnold office also were a pleasure to work with . Kerry was reassuring , nothing was too much trouble, she returned calls and followed up on enquiries. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I needed someone who would guide me and David James certainly did this . I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you ????
8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Rented a G and O property a few years ago, never again. Awful to renters, only care about the landlords. When the boiler broke on rented property, the agent laughed that we didnt have hot water and heating in winter. They promised rubbish would be cleared before moving in, it was not, it was disgusting with trash everywhere. They were super critical of us and anything we did but when the property leaked due to their and the landlords negligence, they said it was just one of those things and we're slow to resolve despite a huge leak. Electrics we're not safe after leak and they tried to say that the landlord had fixed it, and only relented when I asked to see the landlords electric safety qualifications, suddenly a qualified engineer came and fixed the issues. Tried to take every penny of deposit unfairly, but I managed to argue it back with actual evidence, which they lacked. Avoid.
