22nd Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
13th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them

12th May 2021 (4 years ago)Excellent service. Claire and the Team at Saltash were fantastic. After making an offer on one property, which we then decided wasn't for us, we started searching again. Wainwrights were great and when we found our perfect property they helped everything run so smoothly. A big thank you for all their advice and assistance. Lovely people.

He was very approachable from my initial contact and extremely knowledgeable about the housing market (both locally and nationally) including when and how to market my property using the latest technology. But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
