15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.

27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We had to sell our dad’s house in order to pay for his care home fees after our mother passed away, as she had been his carer. So naturally, it wasn’t a great situation for us to be in.<br><br>We asked Connells to come and value the house so we could put it on the market. Sophie came out to the house knowing our situation and was professional, understanding and respectful throughout the whole process.<br><br>Connells found us a buyer very quickly. Although the buyer’s solicitors weren’t the fastest, Maddy kept us updated throughout and never seemed to mind me contacting her for updates.<br><br>Selling a house is always stressful, especially in circumstances like ours, but Connells made the whole process much easier and a lot less stressful than it could have been.<br><br>10 out of 10 in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them.

She was incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive at every stage, always available when we had questions and very quick to respond. She was also extremely accommodating whenever we needed to make changes to dates or arrangements and always did her best to help.<br><br>The whole process was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally, and everything went smoothly and without any problems. We really appreciated the excellent communication and support from start to finish.<br><br>We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend the agency, especially Amala, to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful estate agent.<br><br>Thank you so much for making the whole experience so easy and stress-free!

He went above and beyond for us, was persistent when he needed to be and kept everything moving and on track. He was always approachable, patient, reassuring and honest. No matter what cropped up, he was always at the end of the phone and made the whole process feel sooo much easier.<br><br>By the end of it Dan felt more like a friend than our estate agent! We’re so grateful for all the help and support he gave us throughout. Couldn’t recommend Dan and Jackson Stops enough. Thank you for everything Dan ??????

10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)What should have been a simple sale, turned out very stressful the last three weeks (buyers solicitors were useless) but View staff worked very hard and kept us well informed at all times. They seemed as much relieved to get the sale across the line as we did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in and around Launceston area!
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Jane, Amy and the team were brilliant during our buying process, nice presentation of the property, we visited three times before making a decision, good communication between us and the vendors, any questions answered within a timely manner, good negotiation skills with reference to an agreed price, I would definitely consider using Dawson Nott if we were to ever sell our new home.

They have a lovely bright office on the hugh street too with friendly staff always there to help. Open all day Saturday too which helps when you work full time! Highly recommended.
