Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We viewed 16 Mowhay Gardens at Hatherleigh. Jessica Berry conducted the viewing. Jessica was well presented, confident and prepared for the viewing. Jessica offered all of the information we needed and we didn't even need to ask. As a sales person myself for over 30 years, I was very impressed with Jessica's natural ability to conduct such a positive viewing, provide information with being friendly and welcoming, considering she is new to the business.

18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We initially had a viewing with Harley, who gave us a really thorough show around, nothing was too much.<br><br>We decided to purchase the property and dealt with Gareth, who knew the property inside and out. He was absolutely fantastic, allowing us to view the property a handful of times to see snagging, take measurements and was great at communicating. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>On moving day, colwills rang me before my solicitors (who were also fab) to allow me to pick up the keys, great service, thank you!

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Tried to purchase a park home through this agent..absolutely shocking attitude to detail meant travelling to visit a property in Devon from Kent was an utter waste of time...twice!!. They have since added a comment on the on line details advising people of the fact that there are park rules and other things to bear in mind - all the things we found out about by accident

23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold a unique holiday home in Cornwall with Jackson Stops. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Dan. He went above and beyond for us, was persistent when he needed to be and kept everything moving and on track. He was always approachable, patient, reassuring and honest. No matter what cropped up, he was always at the end of the phone and made the whole process feel sooo much easier.<br><br>By the end of it Dan felt more like a friend than our estate agent! We’re so grateful for all the help and support he gave us throughout. Couldn’t recommend Dan and Jackson Stops enough. 10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)What should have been a simple sale, turned out very stressful the last three weeks (buyers solicitors were useless) but View staff worked very hard and kept us well informed at all times. They seemed as much relieved to get the sale across the line as we did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in and around Launceston area!
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Jane, Amy and the team were brilliant during our buying process, nice presentation of the property, we visited three times before making a decision, good communication between us and the vendors, any questions answered within a timely manner, good negotiation skills with reference to an agreed price, I would definitely consider using Dawson Nott if we were to ever sell our new home.

9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Although Savills were the sellers' agents, I found that they made quite a difficult process much easier for me, the buyer. Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. The whole process was done in a very professional manner which made a smooth and straightforward transfer. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Listed in June 2026, Sold moved out and completed In October 2026.<br>Professional, and friendly, approachable, spot on with everything from start to finish. When you phone them, they answer or get back to you, and they are on the ball with your transaction, it feels like you are their only one!
