20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Jane, Amy and the team were brilliant during our buying process, nice presentation of the property, we visited three times before making a decision, good communication between us and the vendors, any questions answered within a timely manner, good negotiation skills with reference to an agreed price, I would definitely consider using Dawson Nott if we were to ever sell our new home.

They have a lovely bright office on the hugh street too with friendly staff always there to help. Open all day Saturday too which helps when you work full time! Highly recommended.

Listed in June 2026, Sold moved out and completed In October 2026.<br>Professional, and friendly, approachable, spot on with everything from start to finish. When you phone them, they answer or get back to you, and they are on the ball with your transaction, it feels like you are their only one!
