11th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)To initially value the property at £220,000 then drop it to £205,000 and except offers from £190,000 makes me wonder why put it on so high in the first place. It gave me false expectations and potentially lost out on an offer higher than what I have now agreed to now.

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

Tom has a lot of knowledge and experience. The property went live and within 3 days we had an offer on the house. We had a smooth transition from start to finish. Photos arranged for the following day and soon advertised. Sold within 3 weeks and all communication spot on. 100% recommend
