22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????
15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I had Stephen round yesterday to value my house and I can’t fault him at all, he was re assuring and polite to deal with. He even stayed past his finishing time on a Friday to help me move a few bits around to take pictures of my house to put it on the market. A credit to the company.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Website lists loads of houses for sale but when you go onto each advert,they are sold stc, and as I've been looking for a couple of months then many of these are older than that. Clickbait website- 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Entwistle Green at Leyland have restored my faith in estate agents!! The were handling the sale of the property we purchased. From the very first viewing we had, the professionalism and friendliness was clear. The whole process was handled really well. However, they really went above and beyond when the solicitors got involved. We were in a chain of six and our buyer's solicitor was particularly difficult and obstructive. The staff at Entwistle Green, especially the branch manager, got invloved in chasing owners to push things through including organising mutually agreeable completion dates. I realise that this is not part of an estate agent's "remit" and was very grateful that they helped so much to get us into our new home.<br>I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

8th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’ve recently completing a property purchase through Keenans Accrington, and I can honestly say Isaac made the whole experience so much easier than I expected.<br>From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and always willing to go out of his way to make me feel comfortable and reassured. Buying a property can be stressful, but Isaac was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure I understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process. He even introduced me to a fantastic mortgage advisor, which made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br><br>Thanks to Isaac's support and dedication, what could have been a stressful experience felt straightforward and manageable.<br>A massive thank you to Isaac and the team at Keenans Accrington.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. Outstanding service from start to finish!

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)What a refreshing experience! … I rented a flat with EHL for over a year. The whole team were wonderful from the moment I requested a viewing.. Communication was excellent too, and my requests were always dealt with in a professional and timely manner. The property itself was great and only very minor issues which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A special mention to Beth, Lauren and Sue who were always a pleasure to deal with. :)

Especially Dannielle Britt and Scott Johnson their help and excellent service that I have received is a perfect way to interact with me as a client. They both treated me as a friend rather than just a client.
30th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)?Extremely poor management. Currently withholding my full month's rent without authorization to 'offset' a maintenance bill. They ignored direct written instructions to keep rent and maintenance separate and attempted to charge for work before it was even completed (which they only admitted today). They are now claiming I owe them money despite holding my full rent. Communication has been evasive. Matter now referred to the Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards UPDATE 30/04/26: Following a formal deadline and this public review, the agency has now released my rent in full. I have settled the maintenance invoice separately as originally requested. While the financial matter is now resolved, it should not have required a legal threat and a public complaint to receive my own rental income.

They always seemed to answer my millions of questions and any issues throughout the process they sorted, whether it was their job or not! Great knowledge, understanding and advice from everyone I spoke to in the office! Special mentions to Carly, Deborah and Ross!

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)When I decided to sell my house I was certain I would choose Tinsley or Potter but asked Flex-iAgent for a valuation as I had heard good things about them.<br>I'm so glad I did.<br>Mark was extremely professional and enthusiastic and quite frankly made the other 2 estate agents seem very old fashioned in their approach.<br>Luke did a great job creating our sales listing even making improvements on his recommendation.<br>My house was bought for the full asking price by the first person to view.<br>Jacquie was excellent, chasing people up and keeping me informed at every stage.<br>I also dealt with Ruth Ryan and Aimee who were all very helpful. I called into the office numerous times and every member of the team was friendly and keen to help.<br>Movng home can be a stressful experience but the great team they have at Flexi-Agent keep that to a minimum.<br>If you are thinking of moving house I can't recommend them highly enough .

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
