It was only listed for 3 weeks before I accepted an offer. The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Well when you call a voice recording says they are base on their reputation and well sadly I cant say its a good one booked to view a house and waited and had to phone in the end and it wasn't booked in which in my opinion its not professional and feel very disappointed

Put my mind at ease constantly and helped out wherever they could along the way - special thanks to Scarlett there who helped so much and constantly kept me in the loop with everything!- 28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

Nothing was too much trouble for him and he replied to all our queries in a calm and efficient manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ben at Farrell Heyworth in Garstang, he is very pleasant to deal with.

I cannot recommend Susan Eve Estate Agents highly enough.<br>This was a challenging, non-straightforward sale as the property had fell into disrepair and was being sold by two estranged, separate Executors.<br>Right from the beginning when Rachael came to value the house, I could see her passion for the job, knowledge of the area and commitment to achieve a sale.<br>When a buyer was found after a short period of time, the whole team worked together putting my interests to the forefront. Communication with them was excellent and replies to queries always speedy. No matter who you spoke to they were all updated and on the same page. They dealt with sensitive issues with upmost diplomacy and professionalism.<br>They have worked miracles and managed to sell a property I thought would 'never sell in a million years' and achieved a good price. Thank you team!

They always seemed to answer my millions of questions and any issues throughout the process they sorted, whether it was their job or not! 22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)We travelled from Luton to view a property that was booked. On arrival we waited 10 minutes and no agent came. When we called they apologised and said someone should of called us but the house was no longer available. As you can imagine the cost wasted was annoying and the fact we have no evidence of a phone call is dishonest. We will be putting in a formal complaint as this is unacceptable
