7th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)Despite any other comments, I had an amazing experience with MSL, I guess it depends on which house or property you’re going for. I stayed at Coulston Road, and it was amazing, I stayed there during my 2nd year and it remained as the best house I ever stayed at during uni. The MSL team was responsive, the property was in perfect condition, no mould, no damp, and if any issues arose they would be there within a couple of days to fix it. I imagine that this is not the case with every property, if you’re going for a very cheap alternative I imagine there will be a few more issues, but if you’re staying or planning on staying at 46 Coulston Road, or any properties in that price range, rest assured, they’re top quality properties. *EDIT* I forgot to mention, I kept my room in perfect condition, no damage, no mess, everything nice and neat and tidy. There was however some normal wear and tear in the room as can be expected through occupying a space for a year, for instance the paint in the shower started chipping away and a couple of other things. However, even with the wear and tear, I received my full deposit back. Not a single penny was taken away from my deposit. Those comments saying they took away their deposits for no reason, I would beg to differ, I image their threshold for “no reason” is very low, since I had no issues whatsoever with the deposits. Just keep your room in good condition and you won’t have any issues.
3rd May 2026 (5 days ago)We recently closed on my old house and I was so impressed with Charlotte and Ben and everything they did to help push it through. We had some issues with a third party but Charlotte was chasing constantly and advising me of her progress. It was a hard slog but we got there in the end and I am so appreciative. Thank you both so much!! I would 100% recommend.

17th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)One of the reason I choose Tiger sales ,was they would do the viewings ,I had a few viewings and did them myself .I sent an e mail regarding this ,but the response quoted ,Tiger sales was under no obligation to do viewings , my E mail was replied to ,then quickly dismissed ,as an out of office ,and Tiger would reply if required ,A couple of the female sales people ,when I asked a question regarding my property ,I was told the solicitor ,would do this ,as if they could not be bothered ,helping me ,,so overall I wish I had stayed with my previous estate agent ,who were less expensive than Tiger sales ,I Paid extra hoping for a better service ,which did not happen

Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

Her professionalism and Determination has been outstanding. I have been so stressed out due to finding my dream home and sudden health problems. And due to me being in hospital she did a facetime for me and I immediately fell in love with the property. If it wasn't for Shannon I do not know what I would have done, or where I would be. Goodness knows what stress Shannon has been under on my behalf. So proud of you. If entwistle green gives out awards I would strongly recommend Shannon be put forward.

The staff at Entwistle Green who I dealt with, Maria, Ben and Martin were so helpful and supportive at an emotional time, and always were quick to return my calls and update me on the progress of the sale. A buyer was found within a couple of weeks though the sale was prolonged largely due to issues with the in house solicitors. I would be happy to use Entwistle Green again but maybe choose my own solicitors.

My parents live abroad and were looking for a place back in the UK, so I gave Lewis a call to see what the options were locally. We were after a very specific type of property, so knew it may be a challenge. Within a week my parents had viewed 3 properties and put an offer in on one which is now going through. I can’t recommend the experience enough. Lewis has been incredible and kept me and my parents updated throughout the process. Highly recommended and if you are thinking of moving within the Ribble valley give Lewis at Stones Young a call.

I bought the property through her, and she didn’t just stop there, she helped manage the refurbishment, kept me updated throughout, and made sure everything was done properly. Once it was ready, she found a tenant quickly and handled all the letting side without any hassle on my end. What I really appreciated was how hands on and reliable she was. Even though I did not meet the team at Susan Eve in person, or even visit the property during the sales process, they did a wonderful job and I knew that I was in good hands. They helped prepare the property for sale including cleaning, painting and decorating. They showed the property, found the buyer and worked with my solicitor to complete transaction. Great job, thank you!
