23rd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)i have been a Commercial & Residential Landlord for almost 40 years, and it really was a breath fresh air dealing with the Residential lettings Team at the St.Annes office in a recent transaction . I dealt with Bethany & Lauren, who were both super friendly, enthusiastic & very Professional. They got the Letting over the line, just in time for Xmas and worked on into the Evening to ensure the Property got handed over for the new Tenants...Well Done !

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Terrible, Terrible estate agency !! Customer service is non existant. Staff seem to always be too busy discussing personal matters on phone & do not bother to acknowledge or engage with actual customers in their offices. Would not recommend them.

They kept us informed at every stage of the process and we never once had to chase for updates — communication was consistent and clear throughout. We always felt in the loop, and any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly. It really made a difference dealing with a team that genuinely stays in touch and manages everything properly. Martin and Ben were particularly helpful on moving day when time was precious allowing us to get the most out of the day by being in good communication with the all the parties involved

They did respond to my request to reshoot some photos which was very helpful and unlike other agents I have used. Always friendly and after sales has been really good too.

Wasn't easy losing the chain twice however Taylforths and Ruby in particular was proactive in getting the house remarketed and a new buyer within days. Highly recommend.
