17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)One of the reason I choose Tiger sales ,was they would do the viewings ,I had a few viewings and did them myself .I sent an e mail regarding this ,but the response quoted ,Tiger sales was under no obligation to do viewings , my E mail was replied to ,then quickly dismissed ,as an out of office ,and Tiger would reply if required ,A couple of the female sales people ,when I asked a question regarding my property ,I was told the solicitor ,would do this ,as if they could not be bothered ,helping me ,,so overall I wish I had stayed with my previous estate agent ,who were less expensive than Tiger sales ,I Paid extra hoping for a better service ,which did not happen

From the moment we joined, Samantha and Lois have been incredibly supportive and genuinely committed to getting everything back on track for us. Their communication has been brilliant — always clear, prompt, and reassuring. They’ve handled every detail with professionalism and care, and it’s clear they both take real pride in the service they provide. Thanks to their help, the whole process has become smooth and stress-free, and we finally feel our properties are being properly looked after. We’re genuinely grateful for everything Samantha and Lois have done, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pearson Ferrier to any landlord looking for a reliable, efficient, and trustworthy team.
9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I wrote a review about this “thing” and he replied with lies. The tennants next door are sub letting their house and these don’t care. They are rude and absolutely gross making threats etc. I’ve reported them to the police and council. Avoid avoid avoid

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I recently rented a house through Bridgfords Agents and had a very positive experience with Cathy. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress-free. However, the property itself was not as clean as expected upon moving in, and it took some time and effort to get it to a comfortable standard. Overall, I appreciate Cathy’s excellent service and support, but I hope more attention is given to property cleanliness in the future.

My estate agent Philippa was excellent throughout the whole process and I can't thank her and the team enough for all of their work.

27th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

25th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I can highly recommend Century 21. After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

They generated lots of interest in the property which was sold on the first day of sale. There were thorough checks to onboard the property and the staff kept us informed of every development. 100% recommend.
