1st Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

27th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Shut two afternoons in a row with no notice, no info on website, just a handwritten sign in the door. Can't collect Amazon parcels, make PayPoint payments etc as a result. At least keep customers informed online and also inform Amazon so customers don't keep on trying to get items delivered there when the delivery driver can't gain access.

25th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)The branch manager in Bramley is the most friendly and efficient agent that I have had the pleasure dealing with in regards to the whole process of selling my property. This sale had been the most stress less had I have ever experienced and would have no issue recommending his services in the future.
