We learned so much from him, and his honest, genuine advice really stood out. We absolutely loved one of the properties we viewed, but rather than rushing us into a decision, David encouraged us to keep looking at other options to make sure we find the perfect home for us. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot.<br><br>David made us feel comfortable, supported, and never under any pressure. He has been by far the best estate agent, and we can’t thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. Lauren was brilliant and helped us whilst we were trying to evict our tenants. She then passed us over to Brooke from the lettings team once our plans changed.<br><br>Brooke has been amazing. She understood the previous issues with tenants, and was sympathetic to our anxiety in finding new tenants. She understood that we were concerned about a repeat of what had occurred previously. Brooke kept us both informed of viewings at the property, feedback received, offers that were put in. When we rejected the offers for various reasons, she trusted our judgment and continued working hard to establish new leads.<br><br>We felt that we were in safe hands throughout our entire dealings with Brooke. She is very personable, and is generally great to deal with, either by phone, email, text or in person. She clearly knows what she’s doing with lettings, she worked with both sides to ensure we were happy and we are so relieved that we waited a little longer to find the right tenant. Brooke has been excellent from start to finish, no question was too silly, and when we did have a slight hurdle towards the end, she didn’t just say there was a problem, she came with a solution and didn’t just leave it to us to deal with. I can’t say enough positive things about her involvement, professional, polite, easy to get on with and she had our trust from the outset. She didn’t promise and under-deliver, she did everything she said she would, and in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks again Brooke.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.
