Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma

He has also taken great trouble for my daughter as well! He always returns calls, rings me often, and takes care of my searches, keeping on eye on everything for me! We were in a chain selling my partner’s flat, and Winkworth communicated well with our solicitors and the estate agent we used to sell the flat. We managed to complete in a really short timespan considering we were in a chain. A stress free and quick process. Highly recommend. If we sell our home in the future Winkworth will be at the top of our list

10th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

She consistently went above and beyond, staying in touch outside of working hours to ensure we had access to the latest available properties. Aimee kept us fully informed about every home we were interested in and even came out three separate times to show us properties early on Sunday mornings and late on weekday evenings. Her dedication significantly increased our chances of securing our dream home and positioned us strongly among the competition. Aiden, Harry and Christian were lively, well-informed, and great fun. Each call to them was answered promptly and effectively. The (back) office team were also spot on. As the house was sold, Dawn took charge and was tremendous- exceptionally efficient and charming. So, well done, Brockenhurst! A pleasure dealing with you.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Matt was absolutely excellent throughout our selling / purchasing process and continued to provide ongoing support when the first purchase fell through. Not once did we feel pushed to continue our sale if we couldn't find the right property. The service felt extremely personal and reinstated our faith in the industry after some previous poor experiences. The fees were extremely reasonable and Matt's persistence in helping to move elements of the process outside of our control along was very welcomed. A faultless service and we cannot thank you enough for your help.
