The open day was an immense success, with 11 interested parties and 3 offers, 2 of which at the asking price. The house was marketed and sold within a week.

They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.

They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. Thanks to Luke and Dan’s proactive and strategic approach to marketing, our property was actually sold prior to going on Rightmove, before photos were even taken!<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, the exceptional service continued. Chanelle kept us promptly updated throughout the entire transaction, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and keeping our minds at ease.<br><br>We have nothing but good words to say about the entire team. We highly recommend Parker’s, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. 18th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)This has genuinely been the worst experience I have ever had with any estate agent. Having been both a homeowner, a landlord and a tenant over the years, I have dealt with plenty of property professionals. I have never experienced a company that has caused this level of unnecessary stress, frustration and conflict.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy, repairs that were clearly the landlord's responsibility were repeatedly delayed despite constant chasing. When contractors were finally instructed, some later contacted me directly because they were struggling to get paid by Bourne and asked me to assist. I also found myself repeatedly having to defend myself against accusations that I had failed to communicate with contractors or had somehow caused delays. On more than one occasion I had to produce complete email chains, WhatsApp messages and text conversations to demonstrate that what I was being accused of was simply incorrect.<br><br>The end of my tenancy has been even worse. I have repeatedly been told that I am contractually required to do things that, after carefully reviewing my signed tenancy agreement, simply are not required.<br><br>Whenever I have challenged these demands, instead of receiving a professional explanation, I have felt intimidated, spoken down to and placed under unnecessary pressure. Time and time again I have had to refer Bourne back to their own tenancy agreement and provide documentary evidence to correct information I had been given. No tenant should have to spend their time proving that an estate agent is wrong about the very contract they are administering.<br><br>The overwhelming impression throughout my tenancy has been an organisation more interested in creating pressure than resolving problems. Rather than acting as a professional intermediary between landlord and tenant, I have found Bourne to be confrontational, dismissive and, at times, wholly unreasonable.<br><br>My advice to anyone considering using Bourne Estate Agents is simple: keep every conversation in writing, retain every email, text message and WhatsApp conversation, and read your tenancy agreement yourself rather than relying on what you are told. In my experience, it is the only way to protect yourself.<br><br>Without question, this has been the most stressful and disappointing experience I have ever had with an estate agent, and I would never choose to use Bourne Estate Agents again or recommend them to anyone.

They were extremely professional; with a genuine care for us as buyers, unlike some estate agents, they seem to really care! Jamie and Matt (owners) took time to regularly check in with us, made the process tick along smoothly, and have even followed up to see if we are doing well in our new home. They are extremely down to earth, and we found them honest and helpful.<br><br>Matt is extremely knowledgeable, a truly lovely bloke who is only too happy to offer helpful advice when you need it.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and will use them in the future for any other moves we may have.<br><br>Thank you to all of the team at Right Choice! 18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)After searching a long time for the perfect property, I contacted VC Estates to enquire about a house I had seen listed with them, they invited me into office within the hour to view not one but two properties they had listed, that matched our criteria. Within 24 hours of viewing the first property recommendation, David had our offer accepted. The communication with David, Alison and Ben has been amazing- It's very hard to come by such accommodating, genuine agents, who truly go above and beyond for their customers. If ever we come to sell our current purchase we would definitely choose VC Estates over any other estate agent.
