Polly and colleagues from the Alton branch have been nothing but professional, friendly and most of all reassuring. Susy Brooks who progressed our sale and purchase kept us uptodate at all times with no need for us to chase at any point and nothing was too much trouble. What can be a very stressful process was made so much easier by the way in which we were looked after by the WPR team.<br><br>We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it!
5th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)We recently sold our property through Hamptons Fleet and have been very pleased with the service we received throughout. The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward. Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed. What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported. Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

1st Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I have bought and sold through Charters in Alton on a few occasions now, they are extremely personable and go the extra mile to provide an exemplary service - they make the effort to understand what I want when I am looking to purchase, and again when selling they have never let me down, they have amazingly sold more than one property for me immediately to the first person who has viewed. (This backs up that they do not waste peoples time, they get to understand what you are looking for and match you to a property - this is only achievable when you are an expert in your job!). Charters Alton are totally friendly, professional and informative with a nothing is too much trouble approach - this has been proven by Sarah, Jane, Toby and not forgetting Lisa who is part of the progression team. I would only ever go to Charters as first port of call when it comes to selling my property. Well done on completing the sale and purchase for me, fabulous as always, and once again you never let me down!

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. He was so helpful through the entire process, ensuring all actions were followed up, and keeping us updated at all times on the progress that it seemed like a no-brainer to return to them when it came time to sell the property. Ben and Simon came with the same enthusiasm, care, and attention that we remembered, helping to remove a lot of the stress usually associated with a house move. Because of that, we'd easily recommend Randalls to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
