28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)Our buying experience through WPR was easy and largely stress free. Initially, my wife and I dealt with John McConkey, and then Susy Brooks as our purchase progressed. Throughout the whole buying process WPR were very professional while maintaining a friendly, flexible & approachable manner. Their communication is on point - fast and honest, and we were always kept up to date without having to chase for answers. On the few occasions we visited the (Alton) branch in person the atmosphere was relaxed, organised and everyone knew who we were, why we were there and who we were there to see without us having to explain. We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it.
22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend

From the initial valuation through to completion, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Communication was excellent, we were kept updated after viewings, and they worked hard to keep everything moving along. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henry and the Winkworth team to anyone looking to sell their home.

Abbie was our principal contact and she went out of her way to help us and make the whole process much simpler, quicker and friendlier than it might have otherwise been. We love our new home and so are not thinking about selling it obviously, but if we needed an estate agent, I would definitely choose Homes.

He has also taken great trouble for my daughter as well! He always returns calls, rings me often, and takes care of my searches, keeping on eye on everything for me! 17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

She consistently went above and beyond, staying in touch outside of working hours to ensure we had access to the latest available properties. Aimee kept us fully informed about every home we were interested in and even came out three separate times to show us properties early on Sunday mornings and late on weekday evenings. Her dedication significantly increased our chances of securing our dream home and positioned us strongly among the competition. She is, without a doubt, the most helpful and professional person we encountered during this process. Both my husband and I are incredibly grateful for her support. She truly is one of a kind.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Aidan at Brokenhurst was our EA and for a first time buyer he was brilliant, on first showing us the house he was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and concerns, when issues were brought up buy our bank he went absolutely above and beyond in helping us to resolve the issue. Aidan worked tirelessly and always kept us informed. Aiden, Harry and Christian were lively, well-informed, and great fun. Each call to them was answered promptly and effectively. The (back) office team were also spot on. As the house was sold, Dawn took charge and was tremendous- exceptionally efficient and charming. So, well done, Brockenhurst! A pleasure dealing with you.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Matt was absolutely excellent throughout our selling / purchasing process and continued to provide ongoing support when the first purchase fell through. Not once did we feel pushed to continue our sale if we couldn't find the right property. The service felt extremely personal and reinstated our faith in the industry after some previous poor experiences. The fees were extremely reasonable and Matt's persistence in helping to move elements of the process outside of our control along was very welcomed. A faultless service and we cannot thank you enough for your help.
24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)EweMove provided an exceptional service. The property was on the market very quickly, including professional photography and brochure production. We had six viewings booked within a couple of days and received three offers in less than a week. We accepted an asking price offer after the property had been live on the market less than 7 days. We are able to follow the progress of our sale on an app and have direct contact with EweMove at any time. Best house sales service ever!
