More recently we were in the capable hands of Susy & colleagues where we were selling one of our properties. We were kept updated on the process and they maintained in constant contact with the solicitors on both sides. The exchange went to the wire and at 4.55 we had a relived and equally delighted Susy on the phone to give us all the good news, completion was the following week. WPR are a enthusiastic team and go out of their to help, hence why we have used them for all these years.

16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)We originally bought our house through Charters, who happened to be the selling agent, and were so impressed by how well we were looked after as buyers that, when it came to selling our home, we knew we wanted to go back to them.<br><br>Toby was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He genuinely treated our house as if it were his own, taking the time to understand all the little details and personal touches that made it special to us. He kept us completely in the loop with feedback throughout and worked hard to make sure we found the right buyers for our much-loved home, not simply the quickest sale.<br><br>We really felt that Toby cared about getting the right result for us, and his personal approach made the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Toby and the Charters of Alton team highly enough.

Emma and Charlie have been incredibly helpful with arranging veiwings, answering querys, providing support over the phone and helping me to secure an offer on the property in very swift time! They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. As a first time buyer, I really had no idea where to start, however Vicki was very helpful and managed to find me the best suited mortgage deal. She handled my application, which as a result felt like a breeze, and then proceed to help navigate life cover etc. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, Anna & Steph during this and the excellent service also continued with them. They really are a lovely team and very much deserve 5 stars!

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. 18th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)This has genuinely been the worst experience I have ever had with any estate agent. Having been both a homeowner, a landlord and a tenant over the years, I have dealt with plenty of property professionals. I have never experienced a company that has caused this level of unnecessary stress, frustration and conflict.<br><br>Throughout my tenancy, repairs that were clearly the landlord's responsibility were repeatedly delayed despite constant chasing. When contractors were finally instructed, some later contacted me directly because they were struggling to get paid by Bourne and asked me to assist. I also found myself repeatedly having to defend myself against accusations that I had failed to communicate with contractors or had somehow caused delays. On more than one occasion I had to produce complete email chains, WhatsApp messages and text conversations to demonstrate that what I was being accused of was simply incorrect.<br><br>The end of my tenancy has been even worse. I have repeatedly been told that I am contractually required to do things that, after carefully reviewing my signed tenancy agreement, simply are not required.<br><br>Whenever I have challenged these demands, instead of receiving a professional explanation, I have felt intimidated, spoken down to and placed under unnecessary pressure. Time and time again I have had to refer Bourne back to their own tenancy agreement and provide documentary evidence to correct information I had been given. No tenant should have to spend their time proving that an estate agent is wrong about the very contract they are administering.<br><br>The overwhelming impression throughout my tenancy has been an organisation more interested in creating pressure than resolving problems. Rather than acting as a professional intermediary between landlord and tenant, I have found Bourne to be confrontational, dismissive and, at times, wholly unreasonable.<br><br>My advice to anyone considering using Bourne Estate Agents is simple: keep every conversation in writing, retain every email, text message and WhatsApp conversation, and read your tenancy agreement yourself rather than relying on what you are told. In my experience, it is the only way to protect yourself.<br><br>Without question, this has been the most stressful and disappointing experience I have ever had with an estate agent, and I would never choose to use Bourne Estate Agents again or recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't have had a better team stear me through the ups and downs of a seller making unreasonable demands.

My latest sale handled by them through the Oakley office took around six weeks from first viewing to completion! All the Brockenhurst team where professional and helpful at every turn, but a big mention to Ashlea Herrod {Move Manager), who has been particularly sipportive in getting the sale over the line. They were extremely professional; with a genuine care for us as buyers, unlike some estate agents, they seem to really care! Jamie and Matt (owners) took time to regularly check in with us, made the process tick along smoothly, and have even followed up to see if we are doing well in our new home. They are extremely down to earth, and we found them honest and helpful.<br><br>Matt is extremely knowledgeable, a truly lovely bloke who is only too happy to offer helpful advice when you need it.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and will use them in the future for any other moves we may have.<br><br>Thank you to all of the team at Right Choice! 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We bought our house through Ewemove Tadley and they were pretty good to deal with as a buyer for the most part, but charging £80+ for ID checks from the buyers is absolutely criminal and takes the mick. No need for that whatsoever, sheer profiteering. I know other EA’s don’t charge this so it’s completely unnecessary. Do better.
