Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Their advice and communication was excellent and they kept everything moving. Couldn’t recommend them enough!- 4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I visited Bairstow Eves on 3rd of Dec 25, & met with Mr TED, he showed me couple of properties, he gave me full information about the the property i wanted to buy, gave me very good advice regarding to purchase the property in that area, he was very professional during the visit, those who wants to buy the property in the Rainham area, i would suggest to visit Bairstow Eves Rainham branch, Really they are very helpful & they got excellent team, cheers.

10th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Well I must say that after all the negative stories you hear about Estate agents I can honestly say that my experience of Brian Thomas Estate Agents was completely positive. From initial engagement of their services, marketing, viewings and communication, all aspects were excellent. We would like to personally thank Paul Wallace who helped us through the sale of our home, who went over and above what was expected of him as far as we understood, nothing was a problem for him. During this very stressful time he kept us fully up to date, reassured us and guided throughout. He protected us from the start with regard to finding the right buyer who was ready financially to purchase our home. There were quite a few hurdles during the process that Paul helped us through as well as advising, liasing and negotiating. He also chased very poor solicitors on our behalf that had caused unnecessary delays in finalising exchange and completion of contracts. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that I recommended Paul @Brian Thomas Estates in the Woodford, Wanstead, Buckhurst Hill Chigwell areas and around N/E London and borders of West Essex. You will not find a better person for the sale of your home. Thank you again!!
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I trusted this estate agency to provide accurate and reliable information when viewing and proceeding with a property purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was shown the property, I was told three key points that significantly influenced my decision to proceed: • That the flat had an allocated parking space • That the leasehold was 999 years • That residents contributed to a joint building insurance policy After several months of progressing the purchase and paying substantial solicitor fees, it became apparent that all three of these statements were incorrect. There was no allocated parking for the flat, the lease was under 150 years rather than 999, and there was no existing joint building insurance policy. Each time I raised these issues with the estate agent, I was simply told that the information had been provided incorrectly by the seller and that they apologised. While mistakes can happen, these are material facts that should have been verified before being presented to a buyer, particularly as they directly affect a purchaser’s decision-making. The process was stressful, costly, and ultimately ruined my trust in the agency. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but being misled on multiple fundamental aspects of the property made it extremely disheartening. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all key details are confirmed in writing and verified early in the process.

Before I went over she called me and asked if I was still searching and I told her yes.She talked to me about my preferences and got me booked in for a viewing last week.I am very appreciated of her patience, quick responses to my enquiry and all the information she gave me and would like to thank her for her efforts.

When our first buyer lost their buyer, Countryside were quick to market the property again and within two days found our current buyer with whom we have now exchanged and completing in two days. They have always been available when we phoned them and if Joe was not available Albert Richard and Tom were always there to look after us. In particular, Albert went above and beyond to help us and satisfy our every need. Albert is a superb representative of Countryside Estates and we wish him al the very best for the future.

However once we went with them we had an offer within 3 days from the first viewers Felt great about it and then communications seemed to stop and was left in the dark and we had to chase for further info and timeliness etc

I want to give a special thank you to Carol Wade (Office Manager) who was amazing she guided me through the whole process, including all the references, and was so patient and supportive throughout. Geoff Burgess showed me the flat and he was very friendly and helpful. When i went to the office, I met Jemma Buisson who was also lovely and made everything smooth. Overall, the team were professional, kind, and made the process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

From the initial viewing to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. They kept us well informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly, and ensured the buying process moved smoothly.
