If ever anything needed doing her team were straight on it and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Kimberley and her team.
11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

Both Molly and Brian were excellent — extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. They guided us at every step, answered all our questions patiently, and made everything smooth and stress-free. We came across many estate agents in Swansea, but our experience with Peter Alan was truly unique and very fruitful. Their professionalism, transparency, and customer-focused approach really set them apart. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agency in Swansea!

Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Tara and Mia ???? did the viewings with the endless appointments and within 2 weeks above asking price offer accepted. From our very first viewing through to sale to STC, Jorgia was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Buying a house can be stressful, but she made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. She kept us fully informed at every stage, responded quickly to any questions we had, and went above and beyond to keep everything progressing. What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care. We never felt like “just another sale” — she took the time to understand our situation and ensured everything was handled efficiently and with transparency. Thanks to Jorgia’s hard work and dedication, we’re now settled into a home we absolutely love. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling, she’s an absolute credit to her professionalism.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.
19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)A very good experience. Good communication. Quick turnaround of viewings. Quick sale. We were happy with the price. The only minor issue we had was some of the external photos and a couple of minor errors in the listing but those were resolved quickly.

Andy is always available, calm, knowledgeable, helpful and cannot do enough. If you’re looking for someone who has a personal approach, the knowledge and skill to sell your property for the best price, Andy can do it! I cannot recommend him enough, it’s been outstanding both times!
