13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I'm an investor who primarily deals with property in South Wales. There was a property in this area that was quite difficult for me to determine the end value. I sent in a few emails to local agents to get some local expert opinions and made a follow-up call to each of the agents to explain the situation.<br><br>Hannah answered the phone, and she was a pleasure to speak with. She was able to pass me on to the branch lister, Kayleigh, who absolutely outdid herself. She was the first agent to respond to my email, and she was able to share some really invaluable information about how I can maximise the value of this property. I am very impressed with the speed and level of service, and I've only exchanged a single email and phone call. A masterclass in making impressions!<br><br>I sincerely hope to do more business with this branch in the near future, and I'll have Kayleigh on speed dial once this project is complete and ready to be called home to a new family in the area.<br><br>Well done, Hannah and Kayleigh!

Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . I’ve been renting homes across Wales for the past four years, and Bay has genuinely been the best.<br><br>Their professionalism really stands out. We’ve always received quick responses to emails, whether it’s regarding repairs or general queries. Their dedicated repairs reporting portal is also something you don’t commonly see with letting agencies, and they’re consistently quick to resolve any issues.<br><br>Special mention to our property manager and the branch manager of Swansea branch Dimitrios Mengoudis- always prompt and professional with any queries and complaints.<br><br>We’ve had a genuinely wonderful experience with Bay Estate Agents and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home. They’ve made the whole renting experience straightforward, professional and stress-free.

4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I’ve been renting out my property since 2015 and White and Jones in Swansea are easily the best agents I’ve used.<br>They found me a great tenant (the best I’ve had), and their management has been spot on—no chasing, everything just gets done. They even sorted the EICR within a day, which was really impressive.<br>Payments and invoices are always on time too, which makes things hassle-free. Overall, a really solid service and I’d definitely recommend them.

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.
