28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Agent decided to stop booking in viewings even though we weren’t happy with the offer received, and lied about it. Fees are astronomical, service mediocre. Would never use or recommend Dawson’s and I have heard many similar stories.

15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)The sale was made in very difficult circumstances due to the state of the economy. Obviously it took longer than we hoped but eventually we got the sale over the line. Full marks to Tom Edmunds for staying with us all the way. He was always very professional and his hard work made it happen. Top man.

15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. We arranged to view some properties and met with Michelle. We were extremely happy with our viewing and can only thank Michelle for her knowledge, proffessionalism and politeness. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x
29th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I would not recommend renting through this letting agency.<br><br>Throughout our tenancy, it consistently felt as though the agency prioritised protecting the landlord’s interests over ensuring their tenants had a safe and habitable home. Whenever problems arose, communication was poor, repairs were repeatedly delayed, and we were left living in unacceptable conditions for months while being refused permission to leave our tenancy early.<br><br>Our problems began as soon as we moved into our ground-floor flat in St Christopher’s Court. All three freezer drawers were cracked, but despite reporting it, only one replacement was provided. We followed this up but were ignored and lived with broken freezer drawers for the entire tenancy. The blinds also offered very little privacy, and when we asked to install a curtain pole in the bedroom, we were immediately told the landlord would not allow it.<br><br>Around two months into our tenancy, we reported ongoing issues with the water pressure, water temperature and a broken en-suite tap. We were initially told there was nothing wrong and invoiced for the call-out charge. Only after providing evidence and having an estate agent visit was the broken tap acknowledged. Despite repeatedly reporting it throughout the year, it was never repaired before we moved.<br><br>The most serious issue began in November 2025 when a major leak developed directly from the shower of the flat above. Despite reporting it immediately, nothing meaningful was done for several weeks because they insisted it was the guttering and wanted to wait for better weather. We had to contact FirstPort ourselves to raise the issue and inspect our flat as nothing had been done.<br><br>The leak spread into our wardrobe, damaging clothes, and we had to use our bath as a wardrobe. No alternative storage was offered. Eventually mould spread throughout the wardrobe and ceiling, and our bathroom light literally fell from the ceiling. The electrician who attended was excellent, repairing the light and cutting a drainage hole so water could safely drain into the shower—something that should have been done much sooner.<br><br>Instead, it felt like the priority was deciding who would pay for the repairs rather than prioritising us the tenants. We lived with this leak for around four months, including mould, damp, repeated electrical trips, our bathroom fan blowing up and water dripping from the ceiling whenever we showered. The conditions became so bad that we reported the property to the council.<br><br>Although the source of the leak was eventually repaired in February, the damage inside our flat remained. Our wardrobe and ceiling were covered in mould, nothing had dried sufficiently for repairs, and our request to leave the tenancy early because the property was no longer reasonably habitable was refused. We were told repairs were being delayed because the landlord was pursuing the upstairs flat regarding liability.<br><br>We eventually had to request a dehumidifier and professional mould clean ourselves—both things we believe should have been arranged automatically. The dehumidifier had to run continuously throughout winter, increasing our electricity bill by around £80 per month. Even then, the first repair simply painted over the damage without fixing it properly and had to be redone.<br><br>After five months, everything was finally resolved. We requested either reduced rent or permission to leave our tenancy early because we had spent months living with damp, mould and ongoing disruption. Both requests were refused. We were told the landlord had already spent too much money on repairs. After repeatedly pushing the issue, the only concession offered was 50% off our final month’s rent. By that point we had already moved into another property because we could no longer tolerate the conditions, meaning we were paying rent on two properties at once.<br><br>Overall, our experience was awful. Problems were repeatedly dismissed, repairs were unnecessarily delayed, and we felt our wellbeing was consistently treated as secondary to protecting the landlord’s financial interests

4th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!

11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I viewed two houses today with Carys and she was honestly fab! She was so warm, friendly and easy to chat to, and made the whole viewing experience feel really relaxed. I’ve viewed a few houses recently and Carys was by far the friendliest and most welcoming. If I were selling a house, I’d definitely want someone like her showing buyers around. Diolch to Carys and the team – looking forward to viewing more properties with you soon!

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)As a first time buyer, the whole process can be daunting at times, but No. 86 were fantastic from viewing to completion.<br>I viewed several properties with different estate agents but the best by far was No. 86. They were friendly, honest, professional, punctual and knowledgeable about every house in their portfolio. Communication was brilliant, and I'm glad the home I found was listed with them because I'm not sure I would have had the same service from other well-known estate agents. A really wonderful team who have all the property expertise, but also genuinely care about their clients.

They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)What can we say about Brunee… she was fantastic every step of the way! When we first met her we could tell how knowledgeable she was. She guided us throughout and was always there to answer queries or concerns, getting back to us quickly with support and next steps. Although she was helping us sell we could rely on her for help on our purchase too as we did find ourselves with some issues delaying the upward chain. The whole process was long and at times we thought is it even going to happen, but Brunee was always there when we needed her even after our sale was moving forward well!! Brunee was always professional, organised and showed potential buyers around with confidence.. always knowing the answers to their queries without even having to ask us, That showed her interest and knowledge of our property! Will always highly recommend Brunee to anyone looking to sell! We had a total 5 star experience making the process of us finding our dream forever home much much easier!! Thank you Brunee!

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
