For reasons beyond their control, the situation was challenging, with absent sellers and a number of issues to resolve. They did a phenomenal job throughout, it felt they were going the extra mile to find practical solutions to each hurdle and well reasoned advice on next steps and timings, together with honest communication from the seller to ourselves. It feels that due to their hard work we are now in our dream house. Would recommend Thomas H Wood without hesitation.
9th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

They gave feedback after each viewing, arranged for gas & electric tests and EPC and kept us informed of progress with the management company. They also provided a house clearance team.
