9th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

They guided us at every step, answered all our questions patiently, and made everything smooth and stress-free. We came across many estate agents in Swansea, but our experience with Peter Alan was truly unique and very fruitful. Tara and Mia ???? did the viewings with the endless appointments and within 2 weeks above asking price offer accepted. Matthew ???? has been outstanding , daily updates with viewings/offers/information , nothing is too much trouble. 110% recommend No86
25th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee

Every member of the team was friendly, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth! Andy is always available, calm, knowledgeable, helpful and cannot do enough. If you’re looking for someone who has a personal approach, the knowledge and skill to sell your property for the best price, Andy can do it! I cannot recommend him enough, it’s been outstanding both times!

12th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Review for Fine & Country Cardiff – Deeply Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I strongly advise anyone considering buying a property through Fine & Country Cardiff to think twice. We dealt with Gemma, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. From the beginning, the team were overly pushy and dismissive of our concerns. But once the sale was completed, their attitude turned outright negligent. Despite purchasing a high-value property marketed as a “smart home,” no one had the courtesy to hand over the keys in person. Instead, we were told they were “in the mailbox” and that was the end of their involvement. Upon arrival, we found the garage door was broken and unopenable. An engineer has since confirmed it must be completely replaced at a cost of £2,000. The bathroom sliding door is stuck, meaning steam from the shower floods into the room. And most critically, the entire smart home system is inaccessible. We were given login details linked to an email address that is not ours. After 10 days of calls, emails, and speaking to the U.S.-based provider, we still cannot even turn on the lights. Fine & Country Cardiff have made no effort to assist. No follow-up, no explanation, and certainly no responsibility taken. Their behaviour has been unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation has caused serious stress and inconvenience. Avoid this agency at all costs. They disappear the moment the payment clears and leave you to deal with all the problems they never disclosed.
