We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!

I’ve been renting homes across Wales for the past four years, and Bay has genuinely been the best.<br><br>Their professionalism really stands out. We’ve always received quick responses to emails, whether it’s regarding repairs or general queries. Their dedicated repairs reporting portal is also something you don’t commonly see with letting agencies, and they’re consistently quick to resolve any issues.<br><br>Special mention to our property manager and the branch manager of Swansea branch Dimitrios Mengoudis- always prompt and professional with any queries and complaints.<br><br>We’ve had a genuinely wonderful experience with Bay Estate Agents and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home. 25th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.
