7th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I viewed multiple properties with Peter Allan and the whole team was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Teigan for any property viewings, as she was very outgoing and could answer any of the questions i brought forward about the property.
28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Agent decided to stop booking in viewings even though we weren’t happy with the offer received, and lied about it. Fees are astronomical, service mediocre. Would never use or recommend Dawson’s and I have heard many similar stories.

If ever anything needed doing her team were straight on it and resolved the issue. We arranged to view some properties and met with Michelle. We were extremely happy with our viewing and can only thank Michelle for her knowledge, proffessionalism and politeness. 29th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with Swansea Property Agents who helped and supported us securing a 2 bedroom rented property.<br>The process was smooth, the Agents were completely approachable and non judgemental toward my own adverse credit history, thereby having understanding that a difficult history can be circumstantial in regards to that matter.<br>My partner and I were very happy to deal with this buisness and we felt looked after and cared for throughout the application and process.- 6th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Couldn’t be more grateful to Andrea and all the team at Dawsons, during the valuation Andrea arrived with a full put together info pack with no questions left unanswered. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x

4th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!- 25th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Dawson's were professional throughout and the agents were fantastic, we are very grateful to them, thank you. They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I viewed two houses today with Carys and she was honestly fab! She was so warm, friendly and easy to chat to, and made the whole viewing experience feel really relaxed. I’ve viewed a few houses recently and Carys was by far the friendliest and most welcoming. If I were selling a house, I’d definitely want someone like her showing buyers around. Diolch to Carys and the team – looking forward to viewing more properties with you soon!

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)As a first time buyer, the whole process can be daunting at times, but No. 86 were fantastic from viewing to completion.<br>I viewed several properties with different estate agents but the best by far was No. 86. They were friendly, honest, professional, punctual and knowledgeable about every house in their portfolio. Communication was brilliant, and I'm glad the home I found was listed with them because I'm not sure I would have had the same service from other well-known estate agents. A really wonderful team who have all the property expertise, but also genuinely care about their clients.

They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)What can we say about Brunee… she was fantastic every step of the way! When we first met her we could tell how knowledgeable she was. She guided us throughout and was always there to answer queries or concerns, getting back to us quickly with support and next steps. Although she was helping us sell we could rely on her for help on our purchase too as we did find ourselves with some issues delaying the upward chain. The whole process was long and at times we thought is it even going to happen, but Brunee was always there when we needed her even after our sale was moving forward well!! Brunee was always professional, organised and showed potential buyers around with confidence.. always knowing the answers to their queries without even having to ask us, That showed her interest and knowledge of our property! Will always highly recommend Brunee to anyone looking to sell! We had a total 5 star experience making the process of us finding our dream forever home much much easier!! Thank you Brunee!

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

A special mention to our case manager, Lewis Llewellyn. He is always prompt, responsive, and proactive. He helped resolve issues when our solicitors faced problems with the lender, arranging exception handling and ensuring quick disbursement of the loan. Highly professional and efficient.
