22nd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response. After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication. Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

22nd Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Purchased a flat in Peckham with help of Foxtons estate agent. Whist it was a complicated sale, George remained positive, proactive and helpful thought the whole process. His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.

Do not enquire or deal with Pickwick unless you are keen on being stereotyped. He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!
