Good communications at all times and gave sound advice and were ready to listen to my requests and thoughts and swift to discuss and act on instruction. They also gave good advice and contacts when it came to having the property cleared. On the whole, it was a very good experience.

30th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

From the very beginning right through to completion, she was there every step of the way, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.<br><br>Lynne was always proactive, approachable and incredibly responsive. She was constantly chasing things up, getting answers to our questions quickly, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction. It genuinely felt like she was invested in making sure everything progressed as efficiently as possible.<br><br>Her communication was excellent throughout, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Having someone so knowledgeable, dependable and involved from beginning to end made a huge difference to our experience.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lynne to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for all your hard work and support, it was very much appreciated.

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 11th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had such a positive experience with Mia and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, understanding and attentive. It took her no time at all to understand exactly what I was looking for in a rental, and I genuinely felt listened to and supported throughout the process.<br><br>Although I ultimately didn’t end up securing a property through Foxtons, what really stood out to me was that Mia continued to check in and follow up with me afterwards. Mia knew my required move date was approaching and took the time to make sure I had something lined up, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and showed how much she genuinely cared. I’m extremely grateful for all of Mia’s help and support and would recommend her to anyone looking for a property.

He and they went above and beyond to get this tortuous process over the finish line.<br><br>I can’t thank him and his several colleagues enough from different departments, who all in various ways were the ultimate professionals in, in my case, the very frustrating and complex business of selling my property.<br><br>I live a 4/hour drive away from my London property and was unable to be present when someone was required to be in attendance. Godefroy and his team stepped up for me every time.<br><br>I have no London properties left in my portfolio, but if I did I’d have no hesitation in picking up the phone and dealing with them again.<br><br>I wholeheartedly recommend them.<br><br>Anthony E<br>Lincs

The whole team were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout, and always made me feel like I was in safe hands. They were responsive, professional and genuinely went the extra mile to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible, anything that needed fixing it was done immediately. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

2nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

My only feedback would be regarding the website, as I personally find it quite difficult to navigate and a little unclear in places. It can sometimes feel a bit all over the place when trying to find particular information. I think a slightly simpler and more organised layout would make such a difference and make the overall experience much easier for potential tenants/buyers. Just some friendly constructive feedback as everything else seems great :)- 6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had a really good experience with Layla Williams at Foxton. She has been really sweet, helpful, and she made easy to find a place to rent in London. I’m very thankful!

He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. 15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been iffy about Your move in the past i have to admit, they just seemed to the best choice amongst a bad lot which is Real Estate Agents (now you can be sure my review is real and not bot generated!) but the current team is just over and above exceeding expectations. We are based in Australia and UK agents charge a percentage fee that is not allowed in Australia so I have been consistently annoyed in the past with substandard service for that fee. HOWEVER. The current team who helps us (and help is too small a word, i will elaborate below) of REBECCA RUBY AND POPPY are phenomenal. All the things I expect them to do are done promptly with swift communication such as but not limited to - handing keys to contractors or friends, checking mail that still comes to me, organising viewings, taking photos on entry and exit of tenants, setting realistic price expectations with me, vetting tenants and putting them into the property. Above and beyond they actively advised me when laws were about to change and recalcitrant tenants who weren't paying rent needed to be served and gave me the concise pros and cons with getting rental income protection insurance. Previously I would organise gas certificates etc myself as I felt they didn't source competitive quotes but now they provide a range and I am comfortable they are not just tendering to 'mates'. I could not be happier. And hope all 3 stay on as i trust and like them.
